★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A really lovely, traditional place with a warm welcome from the owners. The roof terrace is a great place for getting the sun and has fab views of Hersonissous. Only minutes from the bars and restaurants of Koutolofari and yet beautifully peaceful. Well recomended for some R&R ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We received a warm welcome from the owners who operate a peaceful, inviting hotel.
We loved lounging by the pool and when the sun rays angled away from the pool area, we went to the rooftop terrace. There was a nice selection of food and drink available to us. They hosted a BBQ with live music which was a lovely session.
The rooms were tidy and cleaned five times a week. The facilities were fine.
We had a selection of some of Crete's finest restaurants on your doorstep (Laini, Atrium etc.) and a nice cafe all within a five-minute walk.
Manos and Kristiana answered all our questions and were genuine and friendly. We were lucky that our room had two balconies and we had some beautiful views of the island.
We would love to give five stars but sadly, there was no Wi-Fi signal in our room. At first, it didn't bother us but as we tried to locate restaurants and cafes on Google Maps, and contact family, it became frustrating. We ended up guessing the password to the Wi-Fi for the neighbouring hotel which had a stronger signal.
Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and Wi-Fi aside, would highly recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited Villa Elite in August. It is located in a wonderful, graphical village. It is ideal for relaxing and we really enjoyed the quietness of the area. The apartments are spacious and clean. You can get your breakfast near the pool, admiring the view to the sea from above, or enjoy a drink at the roof garden bar. The owners also leave there, so anyone will have every possible help and information, as they are very friendly and hospitable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We're here now and it's lovely. If you want a chilled out week or two, with a huge choice of quality food within walking distance, this is the place. If you want marble bathrooms, mood lighting and all inclusive ready-meals, you won't like it. The staff are lovely, friendly, cook great brunch/lunch (great coffee, full English, omelette, scrambled eggs, croque madame is amazing, burgers gorgeous, authentic gyros, quality sandwiches/wraps/salads etc) and make genuinely good cocktails. The pool is a bit limited due to being in the shade a lot of the day but if you want to sunbathe, the roof terrace is amazing and serves drinks from 1600-0100. First time here, definitely not the last.
