Deze villa is geweldig! Ik ben hier een week op vakantie geweest samen met mijn schoonfamilie en we hebben het super naar ons zin gehad. Naast het heerlijk (verwarmde) zwembad met daaromheen tal van comfortabele ligbedden waar je eigenlijk al genoeg aan hebt. Heeft dit huis een minigolfbaan, pooltafel, tafeltennis, tafelvoetbal, dartbord, voetbalveld en een speeltuin. Genoeg om je de hele vakantie te vermaken. Mocht je toch de deur uit willen dan kan dat met een van de vier mountainbikes die aanwezig zijn. Het strand is nog geen 5 minuten fietsen en daarvoor vind je een niet al te grote (maar wel gezellige) boulevard met genoeg leuke restaurants en cafe's. Wil je graag koken? Dan kan dat; het huis beschikt over een grote luxe keuken waar verschillende keukenmachines aanwezig zijn. Daarnaast vind je in de tuin een BBQ en steenoven. Het huis is van binnen modern ingericht en oogt zeer luxe. De slaapkamers zijn ruim en beschikken over prettige bedden. Daarnaast zijn alle slaapkamers voorzien van airconditioning en heb je het eerder koud dan warm als die aan staat. De zeer vriendelijke host maakte de vakantie helemaal af. Het huis wordt regelmatig grondig schoongemaakt en wordt goed onderhouden. De host verraste ons met een heerlijk zelf gemaakte Moussaka, Griekse Salade en andere lekkernijen. Daarnaast was de koelkast al goed gevuld toen wij aankwamen en lag er vers fruit in de keuken. Al met al een super accommodatie en zeker 5 sterren waard!

Einfach super! Die Woche Urlaub verging wie im Fluge. Wunschlos glücklich! Sehr herzlicher Empfang. Tolle Gastgeberin! Die Villa ist sehr gepflegt und besitzt eine umfangreiche Ausstattung - alles wie beschrieben.

We have spent 10 wonderful days at the villa green diamond. The villa is just perfect, very well equipped and perfectly clean. The outsides are great to enjoy all day long with the kids, and the location is also very convenient, close to shops, restaurants and the beach. And last but not least Maria is the best host you can dream off. Very welcoming, careful and full of little attentions that make you feel home and in the best condition to focus on just having a good time!

Pretty good Villa with up and downsides! Upsides: - Very very nice and friendly owner? we came to the Villa late in the evening and she bought us Water/Eggs. - clean house - clean toilets - clean pool/ whirlpool - pretty good and clean luxurary kitchen with lot of kitchen devices, plates? fork etc. - homemade olive oil, so tasty - comfortable bads - Washing machine ? - PS 4, billiards, dart, sauna, table soccer, treadmill - tabletennis - playground for kids - wifi available but pretty slow Downsides: - the caffeine machine is weird. Its turns off after 2 cups of coffee. Maybe I am the problem? More downsides are not available cause everything was good and we had a wonderful vacation? thank you!!

We were a party of 8, 2 families with 4 adults and 4 teenage kids 2 aged 16 and 2 aged 13 and we stayed for 2 weeks. Maria was there to welcome us to the villa and provided some essential provisons which was helpful as we arrived quite late. The villa itself was lovely, the photos are accurate and there was plenty of space. All of the bedrooms were a good size and air conditioned. Outside there is always a shady place if you want to spend some times away from the sun. The kitchen was fully equipped and the outside dining area (with bbq and pizza oven) also had a mini fridge and its own cutlery, plates & glasses. The cleaners were excellent, they cleaned the villa thoroughly (4 hours or so cleaning the villa) twice a week, replacing all bed linen & towels and pool towels. Toilet rolls, diswasher tablets and washing powder were also replenished. The cleaners were happy to work around us when we were there and accomodate teenage kids who struugled to get out of bed (if you have teenage kids you will understand this). The villa location is good, you can walk to the beach, supermarket or local bars/restaurants in about 5 to 10 mins or get a taxi into the old town Rethimno for about 8 to 10 euros. Maria was also excellent, we had a couple of minor problems during our stay which she dealt with efficiently and quickly. A final word, even the kids said the villa was good (even surley 16yr olds) and there was none of the typical teenage bickering. Final final word, yes we would absolutely recommend the villa

5/5. House is very clean, comfortable and has everything to offer! Just right for children, teenagers and parents. Beds are comfortable to sleep on, kitchen is well equiped (coffee machine might be a bit easier to handle but its ok). The pool area is awesome! Billard, table football, darts, whirpool etc in the amenity room is just perfect! I highly recommend the house. There is nothing I can complain about.
