Terrible servicing, I'm very disappointed, don't recommend at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I happen to have stayed multiple times in this residence. Spacious, nicely decorated and quiet, it's a real pleasure to spend a couple of nights there. The hosts are very kind and hospitable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our vacation was canceled due to the pandemic situation. We wanted to cancel the order. The administrators demanded an exaggeratedly high fee for this even though we all know the situation and restrictions. I am deeply disappointed about this and I recommend you to be very careful with the managers of this villa.

The villa has all the facilities needed and the exterior, as well as the interior, of the house is lovely. The hosts were extremely kind and helpful. I definitely recommend this villa!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I planned a vacation with friends at the Villa Ismini in June - July 2020! Due to restrictions for exit from Moldova, Romanian and Bulgarian borders crossing and entry to Greece because of Covid 19, the trip had to be canceled. But the owner of the villa does not understand that the pandemic is progressing around the world and that countries are forced to close borders. The goal of the villa owner is to make money. The owner refuses to return the full amount of money and does not accept a single excuse. I am very disappointed and upset. Maybe the Villa is great! But the attitude of the owner is very bad. I do not recommend repeating our experience. If the whole business works like this in Greece, then it is very sad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We've been waiting for this vacation for six months. But due to worldwide COVID-19 pandemic situation our dream to visit Greece become impossible. Our country closed all borders, same as all countries through which we had to move. Our frustration didn't end there... Villa Ismini owners showed their real face. They didn't want to refund the money and to assist us in solving this problem. After numerous calls to the Booking and long conversations we finally got something positive...
And check this out - after this long way, Villa Ismini owners tried to cheat one more time. They tried to make us pay the commission, which they had to pay to the Booking for using their platform. Complete shamelessness!
The Villa maybe is good, we never know it. But the Business behavior and attitude - the WORST!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I guess it is a great villa. I did not manage to visit and to have a great vacation in this villa. I recommend everyone to be careful planning a deal with this Villa, while I canceled a reservation within a "hardship circumstances" (due to covid-19), the owner of villa did everything to save their piece of the pie, I lost more than 25% of money from deal. There are very unpleasant feelings when somebody earn money in bad faith.
