Babis is very hospitable. the room has always been cleaned well. The house is surrounded by a garden of plants and flowers. the sea view is fantastic and the central position of the island is strategic. it was perfect for our vacation in Skiathos

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La palazzina è carina ben tenuta con un bel giardino e una vista stupenda. Gli appartamenti sono puliti, ampi e con un bel terrazzo attrezzato per mangiare con il mare sullo sfondo. Il personale è disponibile. Unica nota la distanza dal mare, almeno 400 mt, ma comunque per godere al meglio delle bellezze dell'isola conviene noleggiare scooter o auto.
The building is pretty well kept with a beautiful garden and a wonderful view. The apartments are clean, spacious and with a nice terrace to eat with sea in the background. The staff is available. Only note the distance from the sea, at least 400 meters, but to enjoy the island's beauties at the best, it is advisable to rent a scooter or car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner knows my family and me very well, in fact he helped us find another accomodation when we decided to go (recognizing there was fault on his side). We stayed at villa Kavourakia in July 2018. There is a part of the villa, that is not restored and is badly maintained and that is where we were accomodated. The thing that made us go away was the electric system which was very bad. In fact while having the shower, we got some electric shocks. There are many more faults in the apartment but it would be too long to tell. Anyway, we thank him for helping us finding another accomodation much better than his house and at a cheaper price!
