Most horrible experience ever ! We come to Mykonos since 6 years and this was by far the most unpleasant experience. We arrived and they told us the villa is not available. We were transferred to a hotel and when it was payment time the villa Lavan team was not reachable anymore. We were supposed to have chef cooks and drivers, nothing was existing. Christina and Antonis who manage the place are not professional in the process of dealing with any issues. They just disappear. Be aware these people only want your money (15.000 Euro a night for the villa ) without delivering any hospitality or experience matching those high prices. We travel a lot and understand that things can go wrong. But it’s always a question how you make your client feel and they completely lack in that department. Very unprofessional. Would never in my life ever let them get involved in my holiday plans again .

Unfortunately I can’t recommend villa Lavan. They ruined our birthday trip completely. The photos on their web page look nice but once you are in Mykonos the trouble begins. We had nothing but stress because the agreed service just wasn’t delivered. They are hardly available to reach and we basically had to organize all on our own as they said they would take care of all but even after asking thousand times nothing happens. They need another few years to reach the level of other properties on the island. The villa is located in Ornos so you need a 10 minute ride to town. Also here their provided driver never showed up. I wish I would have researched more before our trip as the team is organizing all from Cyprus and they don’t have a network in Mykonos to sort things out properly. It was a lot of stress for us and unexpected extra add on costs. I rarely write reviews but they are still in their baby shoes but charging unreasonable high end prices. We wouldn’t stay here again.
