A very nice location, clear water and incredibly beautiful beach. A corner of heaven that I left at the end with great regret!

Vue magnifique, tout le confort nécessaire, le calme et la mer turquoise de la petite plage tranquille au pied de la maison. When we dream of a holiday in the sun ... we think of Villa Ligia Beach in Kéa. Magnificent view, all the necessary comfort, the calm and the turquoise sea of the small quiet beach at the foot of the house.
h	h y on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Une vue imprenable avec les pieds à quelques mètres d’une plage quasi déserte. La villa est très bien équipée à neuf avec tous le confort moderne et la climatisation. En famille c’est le lieu idéal. Il y a 2 autres appartements si vous êtes mons nombreux. Cela fait 2 ans que nous y allons (dont cette année sur la seconde quinzaine d’août) avec nos 3 loulous et tout le monde y trouve son compte (meme nos 2 grandes pour le shopping ?). En effet hors des flux touristique de masse, l’île de Kea offre un grand nombre d’activité sportive, touristique ou archéologique sans oublier quelques lieux « branchés » et bien entendu la cuisine grecque. En fait il y en a pour tout les goûts. On vous recommande le site de Karthéa à visiter (tant pour la beauté du site archéologique et naturel que pour la plage) et la taverne de Simos à "Karthaia". Dernier point les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et vous donneront tous les renseignements nécessaires pour passer un excellent séjour. A vos valises ???? A breathtaking view with your feet a few meters from an almost deserted beach. The villa is very well equipped with all modern conveniences and air conditioning. With the family, this is the ideal place. There are 2 other apartments if there are many of you. We've been going there for 2 years (including this year in the second half of August) with our 3 loulous and everyone is happy there (even our 2 big ones for shopping ?). Indeed, outside the mass tourist flow, the island of Kea offers a large number of sports, tourist or archaeological activities, not to mention a few "trendy" places and of course Greek cuisine. In fact there is something for everyone. We recommend the Karthéa site to visit (both for the beauty of the archaeological and natural site and for the beach) and the Simos tavern in "Karthaia". Lastly, the owners are very friendly and will give you all the information you need to have a great stay. Have your bags ????

Un appartement confortable, bien équipé et central, l'idéal pour explorer les environs : randos, délicieuses adresses locales, plages). Les + : la crique à deux pas et tous les soirs, admirer le coucher du soleil de la terrasse. Il me tarde d'y revenir un jour :) A little corner of paradise on a still unspoiled island! A comfortable, well-equipped and central apartment, ideal for exploring the surroundings: hiking, delicious local addresses, beaches). The advantages: the cove close by and every evening, admire the sunset from the terrace. I look forward to coming back one day :)
N	No Name on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stay in your place this year. It's a new construction with an extremely nice view and very nice decoration. The reason's of 2 star's missing from our rating are: 1) The roof of the apartment has a serious humidity problem. 2) Right next to the bedroom was the storage room and the noise from a machine that worked all night (pump or something) was very annoying. 3) Terrible internet connection 4) No cleaning service & clean towels - sheets during a week of stay. So a price higher of 100€ per day was totally unfair.
J	Jérémie DUMOND on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just back from Kea where we had 10 days in paradise ! The island: authentic, beautiful and sunny. It is a very peaceful island with wonderful landscapes and warm welcoming people. The villa: We took the entire house for the whole family (I came there with my kids, my parents, my parents in law, my brother and nieces ... yes the whole family !). This is the perfect fit for big families or group but also for smaller ones as you have independent "flats". Very appreciable to be able to gather to eat together but have some dedicated space & time. The house is fully equipped so we took the opportunity to cook local greek food in the kitchen or barbecue ! We also overused the direct access to the beach, 15 sec walk from the villa. We did some paddle and snorkeling with the kids. A BIG THANK YOU to the owners for their warm welcome. You should simply go there, that's my 2 cents about this villa in Kea ! PS: I also had to work few days from there, I connected to the WIFI from the house or used my 4G connection. So I don't know if it is a good or a bad news, but you'll still be connected there !
V	Vincent Boucheny on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exceptional venue in this preserved island with its beautiful coastline. There's a nice quiet beach just down the apartment with easy access. Food is delicious and lost of activity to do: definitely recommend !
