Villa Marianthi & Villa Zeta - Γρηγορατικα

Both of these villas offer the best everything. Exceptionally clean, beautiful pool and pool area, superb views across the bay to Corfu town from all four balconies. This is all hosted by friendly, knowledgeable hostesses (owners of the villas). Close to some wonderful tavernas and beaches. A true home from home, in a beautiful island!!

This villa is amazing, the view the space the pool wifi, kitchen, Absolute everything! We had such an incredible time in this villa. Especially the owners are so nice, kind and helpfull, everything was well prepared and contact was great. Shops beaches restaurants are close but a car is needed though but the steep road to the villa is not easy the first time you get there. We had the time of our lives.

Fabulous villa with excellent views and facilities including private pool. Nisaki is a lovely, quiet part of the island however you would need a car to get to the villa as it is quire high up but well worth it for the peaceful location and views across the bay to Corfu town.

We had the pleasure to stay in Villa Zeta for 2 weeks, the accommodation is marvelous! Very spacious, super clean and the sea-view is unforgettable! Above all this, the owners invented hospitality, really amazing!

A beautiful hillside villa near Nissaki; we stayed in late October 2021. We have travelled extensively around the world, and for location, views and facilities, this is one of the best value for money properties we have ever stayed in. The photos on the website are very accurate, and the villa was spotlessly clean when we arrived. Eirini and Dora are wonderful hosts - their communication is first class, and they have lots of useful local information. We had a wonderful stay, and hope to come back in the fture.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Marianthi and were very sad to leave! Eirini and Dora are perhaps the most responsive and friendly owners that we have ever dealt with – our plans were very uncertain leading up to our stay due to Covid and flight bans and Eirini and Dora were always very accommodating and positive. The villa is above the main road running through Nissaki and there are stunning views across the bay – just beautiful to open the shutters to every morning. Marianthi is spacious and comfortable and the outdoor space by the pool is fantastic. The kids loved the pool and spent every minute they could in it when we were home – it was big enough for two 10 year olds to jump around in and have space to play. The area is so quiet and peaceful and was exactly what we needed to escape the madness back at home. We felt very safe and comfortable at the villa, knowing that Eirini and Dora manage and clean the properties themselves and would not hesitate to recommend it and Corfu as a whole to friends and family.

This place is a wonderful Villa with a great view on the Hill side. Great to start the day with a dip in the pool. The place is clean and well equipped with everything you need. Eirini and Dora are amazing hosts. Very helpful and reliable. Their husbands picked us up from the Airport. Great people... and there so much to see and experience here.... Amazing place... !!! ????????☀️

The villa has everything you need for a perfect family holiday in a calm and beautiful area. The outer area is smashing. Amazing pool with absolute clear water and an overwhelming view. The host and her family are top class, helpful and quick in responding every questions we had. Highly recommended
