Εξαιρετικη φιλοξενια σε σημείο του νησιου με την καλύτερη προσβαση σε παραλίες

Πολύ καλή διαμονή , ωραία δωμάτια, ευγενικοί όλοι τούς.

Μείναμε 5 μέρες με άψογη εξυπηρέτηση από το προσωπικό και τη κυρία Σοφία, καθαρά δωμάτια και πισίνα, πρωινό πάρα πολύ καλό, φοβερός χώρος μέσα στο πράσινο και πολύ κοντά στην θάλασσα

Δεν εχω δει πιο βρωμικη πισινα.πρασινη προς το καφε.σιγα σιγα θα φυτρωσουν και νουφαρα εκει.πρωινο μετριοτατο,και 3 βραδια που μειναμε δεν μας αλλαξαν πετσετες.δεν κανω λογω για σεντονια.οταν ρωτησαμε την "υπευθυνη" κυρια Σοφια αν προκειται καποια χρονια να καθαρισουν την πισινα μας διαβεβαιωσε πως ειναι καθαρη μωρε απλα μπορει να μπηκε καποια με βαμμενο μαλλι;;;;;;; ή με αντιηλιακο;;;;;;;.τεσπα εννοειται πως δεν μπηκαμε ποτε,γτ την ουρολοιμωξη την εχεις στο τσεπακι σ και δν ξερω κ γω τι αλλο.μετανιωσα π εδωσα τοσα χρηματα για να μεινω εκει.

Η τέχνη της φωτογραφίας μας ξεγέλασε!!! Δυστυχώς η πραγματική εικόνα των καταλυμάτων δεν είχαν καμία σχέση με αυτό που είχαμε δει... Το πρωίνο ήταν απαράδεκτο ,η πισίνα πολύ θολή και αμφιβόλου υγιεινής... εστιατόριο και poolbar δεν υπάρχουν... Ένας υπερτιμημένος χώρος...

Probably the nicest orchard I have seen with almond trees, apricots , and vines full of tasty grapes which extend almost to the pool area. A very traditional boutique hotel tastefully decorated.

The location is good and the rooms are renovated and clean. HOWEVER, the service and the communication with the staff was poor and disappointing. We booked a room with a double bed and both an employee and the owner confirmed that it was available. They also confirmed that the restaurant and the cafe bar were open. When we reached the place, we were directed in a room with 2 single beds. We asked again for a double bed and the employees were not sure if they have any available. We were left waiting until a solution was found. We were finally directed to a double-bed room and we were ok. After a few mins, we were asked to meet the owner at the reception. The lady with a very rude manner asked us to leave the place and she accused us for being too weird (due to the double bed request), too late (for going 1 hour after the checkin time) and for waking her up (her employees woke her up to inform her about the change). We were speechless with such a bad behaviour instead of a welcome and we were willing to leave the place too. However, we had pre paid the 1st night and they didn't have money to return us!!! Only then, the owner changed her mind and let us stay, as she had no other option. It's very irritating that she could have suggested another alternative or find a solution since they made the mistake or just to know what rooms she has and what she confirms over the phone but she chose to kick us out. We finally stayed and the next days we found out that there is no actual restaurant (just some place serving breakfast) and in the pool bar there was noone to order some coffee etc. During breakfast, we were informed that we are not allowed to serve ourselves due to covid precautions and a lady was supposed to serve us instead. She didn't wear any protective mask or gloves and she was even coughing in front of our trays. We didn't visit the breakfast room again. The staff should be more cautious and should take on more responsibilities. They were instead very submissive to the old lady that she owns the place. The owner is too old and apprarently too tired to be able to manage the whole place. It's unfair for the customers to experience such an attitude during their vacation. It's also overpriced for the given facilities and service. I wouldn't recommend this place.
