★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice villa, new builded, full equipped modern style. Excellent king size bed with a five star mattress! 300 meters walk distance from little Triopetra beach and 3 km from Triopetra beach.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: So clean and comfortable like a real home. Its cleaned spotlessly daily.. Negative: The restaurants around here are terrible. Pablos i had smelling lamm and small frozened shrimps and other Taverna in near beach, the first dinner was good with fresh fish but the second visit was awful. I guess the location is remoted and they don't have fresh ingredients daily and the cookers are very amateur. If you make a day trip to Plakias or Agia Galini, Have dinner there. There are some good restaurants..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Brand new place with nice view and good location. The room had both ac and ceiling fan (bit noisy). Comfortable bed with winter linen!!!. Negative: Although there is a perfect balcony, there is just one chair for the room to share and a stone sofa just next to the other room's balcony which makes it very uncomfortable and un...private!!!! For check in we had no info, just a cleaning lady who gave us the key. In the fridge for this price range we would appreciate a bottle of water. The whole place needs some care and some details to be fixed. Finally for me is unacceptable to have an international phone number (German) for communication..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: new property, modern décor, cosy room with large comfortable bed, sparkly clean large balcony which gets the afternoon sun. close to several good beaches. beautiful area of Crete. Negative: The property is badly sign posted GPS takes you to the wrong place best to get directions before heading that way. Winter linen on bed so I requested sheets which were provided. Water is extremely hot as the cold tank is on the roof switch it on and test it before jumping in as I did and get burnt Fridge could be bigger especially the freezer part.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Very new, beautiful and comfortable property in stunning location on the “hill of calm”. I would recommend to those who are interested in a tranquil retreat where to recharge the batteries. Well equipped, clean and comfortable. Beds very comfortable. Coffee machine in the room. Met owner and staff onsite and they explained us the area. Check in and communication was easy and they accommodated our last minute change. A couple of great beaches and tavernas nearby (need a car).. Negative: No supermarkets nearby so need to get there prepared. The balcony area could be better equipped but all the basics were present. No access to communal areas/kitchen of the villa may be an issue for some..
