 Excellent location, first line to the beach. Exceptionally clean apartment and well maintained common areas. All electrical appliances and utensils are brand new. Very comfortable apartments. The palace is ideal for children.

Very beautiful architecture! Quiet and peaceful place to rest. Suitable for children. The kitchenette is equipped with all necessary dishes. Cozy, comfortable! Close to the beach! There is also a GG MARKET on the main street.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meilleur rapport qualité-prix après 5 hôtels testés (et bien plus visités) à Asprovalta. Chambres propres, modernes et bien conçues, au calme avec terrasse ou jardin individuel a l'ombre. Bien placé à 1 minute de la plage et 5 minutes du centre animé et des commerces.
Best value for money after 5 hotels tested (and much more visited) in Asprovalta. Rooms clean, modern and well designed, quiet with terrace or individual garden in the shade. Well placed 1 minute from the beach and 5 minutes from the lively center and shops.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Véritable coup de coeur. Tres confortable, tres bien placé. Nous avons testé trois différents endroits à Asprovalta et c'est de loin le mieux. Le jardin est au calme et à l'ombre pendant la journée. La rue principale est à 100 m et la plage est à 50m. Le logement est très confortable, la litterie est meilleure qu'ailleurs, la cuisine bien équipée, propreté parfaite. Parfait si vous avez des enfants. Villa verano possede des studios et des apparts. Nous étions dans le studio mais j'ai vu les appartements et ils sont avec des salons énormes et très luxieux. Tres bon rapport qualité/prix ! Nous y reviendrons.
Real favorite. Very comfortable, very well placed. We tested three different places in Asprovalta and this is by far the best. The garden is quiet and in the shade during the day. The main street is 100 m and the beach is 50m. The accommodation is very comfortable, the bedding is better than elsewhere, the kitchen well equipped, perfect cleanliness. Perfect if you have children. Villa Verano has studios and apartments. We were in the studio but saw the apartments and they are with huge and very luxurious lounges. Very good value for money ! We will come back to it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The apartment was very spacious, comfort and super clean. We found everything we needed. Air condition, always hot water, well equipped kitchen, extra large beds, nice garden and balconies, available for the children. It is in a quiet area, next to the beach and 2 minutes of the pedestrian road. Very helpful staff! We will definitely visit again.
