★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hosts are very kind and pleasant! The apartment is equipped with almost everything needed for a comfortable stay of the whole family. As a disadvantage I can say the following: the bathroom is too small with a little shower space, there are not enough contacts in the bedrooms to include several electric appliances at the same time. The air conditioners are quite noisy, the TVs are very small. The kitchen is not equipped with an oven.

The garden is beautiful and quite and you can relax there if you want.
One of the biggest problem is the WI-Fi conection, also the rooms are not so big. There is everything what you need but the free space is missing.
On the other hand everywhere is so clean and it’s feel like you’re at home.
The balcony is large but everybody can see you, also from the first floor you can see only the garden and the road.
It’s small, quite, clean place near the beach ?
I think that further the disadvantages this place is one of the best in Asprovalta, also the nearest beach is the most quite one.
About the owner- she is nice person, you can talk with her and she would answer at your questions.
This is my point of view, I’m in apartment for three people and I don’t know how the other rooms look.The last floor look very luxurious and big.
