Fabulous villa! Everything you need and more for excellent holiday. Would highly recommend

Villa Victoria is everything you could want in a summer villa and more! A group of 11 of us spent a week at this beautiful villa and we could not have had a better time! The villa it’s self is spotless, has everything you need, and has lovely gardens. The pool is clean and the jacuzzi is such an added bonus! There is so much seating, bbq’s, multiple outside dining areas, and fruit trees in the garden. Etori, the company who helps with the villa are great and will organise anything you need for the holiday including taxi’s and airport transfers. All the people they recommend to us were so friendly and helpful! The owner greets you, and is again so helpful and friendly. Any recommendations you need, she will have!! She sent us to a lake and it was utter beautiful, and highly recommended, along with the tavernas at the top that overlook the lake at sunset! The local taxi drivers are also excellent for food recommendations as they will send you away from the tourist traps and to some excellent local restaurants! There is a taverna down the road from the villa, and the food and hospitality is incredible! They also do take away to the villa, which came in very handy! We didn’t have a car, and coped well just using taxis to get around - was around €12 to get to rethymno, and there was always taxis available. The villa is quite remote, so I would recommend a car. We were quite happy walking to the village shop and taverna, but it is a good half hour walk!! Was a truly great holiday! Cannot recommend this villa and the area around it enough! Thank you!!
