Κ	Κωνσταντίνος Ιωσηφίδης on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πραγματικά πολύ ευγενικοί και εξυπηρετικοί από το τηλεφωνικό κέντρο που μου έκλεισαν το ραντεβού και μου δώσανε οδηγίες, την γραμματεία που μου καθοδήγησαν πώς να εκδώσω plf γιατί ο ξάδερφος μου δεν είχε ΑΜΚΑ και ήθελε να κάνει rapid για να ταξιδέψει, μέχρι και τον λήπτη και τον ακτινολόγο. Ευχαριστώ πολύ γιατί δεν ήξερα πως θα πάρω αποτελέσματα για τον ξάδερφο μου. Really very polite and helpful from the call center who booked my appointment and gave me instructions, the secretariat that instructed me how to issue plf because my cousin did not have an AMKA and wanted to do rapid to travel, up to the recipient and radiologist. Thanks a lot because I did not know how to get results for my cousin.
N	Nd on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Λάθος αποτέλεσμα σε pcr test θετικό ?. Έπειτα έκανα συνολικά 2pcr και 1rabit σε ιδιωτική κλινική τα οποία βγήκαν αρνητικά . Προφανώς στη βιοδιαγνωση έκαναν λάθοι στη 1.δειγματοληψία (μπήκε βγήκε η μπατονετα χαμπάρι δεν πήρα ) . 2 . Στη δήλωση του αποτελέσματος στον εοδυ ... Ποιος ξέρει τι μπορεί να συμβαίνει ? False result in pcr test positive ?. Then I did a total of 2pcr and 1rabit in a private clinic which came out negative. Obviously in the biodiagnosis they made mistakes in the 1st sampling (the baton came in and out, I did not get it). 2. In the declaration of the result in the income ... Who knows what might happen?
Κ	Κωνσταντινιά Μπινή-Θώμου on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Οι άνθρωποι είναι τραγικοί!!! Τους νοιάζει μόνο να εισπράττουν.. Θέλαμε μια εξέταση για την μικρή μου και ενώ μου είπαν, στην προσπάθεια μου να κλείσω ραντεβού ότι αυτή η εξέταση δεν χρειάζεται ραντεβού, όταν πήγαμε εξυπηρετήσαν πρώτα όλα τα ραντεβού και τελευταίος εμάς. Με αποτέλεσμα για μια ακτίνα 2' να χρειαστεί να δαπανήσουμε 2 ώρες ακριβώς.. Η "ακτινολόγος" έκανε τις ακτίνες (η ακτίνα αποδείχτηκε λάθος!), άνοιγε την πόρτα σε κάθε κουδούνι και πήγαινε η ίδια τα αποτελέσματα με τα χέρια (όχι ηλεκτρονικά) στον χώρο μπροστά 2 ορόφους κάτω στα ταμεία. Όλα αυτά όντας σε αναμονή 8 άτομα πριν από εμένα και την μικρή μου.. Όταν τους ζήτησα να στείλουν την ακτίνα και στον ορθοδοντικό μας ηλεκτρονικά (κάτι που πλέον όλα τα ακτινολογικά κάνουν) , όπως μου είχε ζητήσει να τους πω, μου είπαν ότι δεν έχουν αυτή την δυνατότητα λόγω ελλειπή μηχανήματος.. εννοείται δεν αναγνώρισαν την λάθος ακτίνα, είπαν ότι αυτή μπορούν να βγάλουν μόνο και φυσικά δεν επέστρεψαν € πίσω. Κανένας σεβασμός στον ασθενή-πελάτη!! People are tragic !!! They only care about receiving .. We wanted an examination for my little one and while they told me, in my attempt to make an appointment that this examination does not need an appointment, when we went they served all the appointments first and last us. As a result, for a radius of 2 'we need to spend exactly 2 hours .. The "radiologist" did the radii (the radius turned out to be wrong!), Opened the door on each bell and went the results herself by hand (not electronically) in the space in front 2 floors down at the checkout. All this while 8 people were waiting before me and my little one .. When I asked them to send the radius to our orthodontist electronically (something that now all radiologists do), as he had asked me to tell them, they told me that they have this possibility due to lack of machine .. of course they did not recognize the wrong radius, they said that they can only take it out and of course they did not return € back. No respect for the patient-client !!

P	Peter D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for a pcr test and the result didn't have my date of birth on it that was needed, so I was denied access to the plane and I missed my flight for that along with hundreds of euros for tests and tickets! just HORRIBLE clinic!
