Ευχαριστουμε πολύ ! Οι κοπέλες πολύ ευγενικές, ιδιαίτερα η Κατια και η Νίκη. I had brought a relative for blood tests and axial and I was very happy with the service of the staff. The girls are very kind, especially Katia and Niki.

Προσπάθησα να επικοινωνήσω τηλεφωνικά αμέτρητες φορές, η κλήση πάντα κατέληγε να τερματίζει διότι όλοι οι εκπρόσωποι ήταν απασχολημένοι... Μία φορά άφησα το τηλέφωνο μου στο αυτοματοποιημένο σύστημα για να με καλέσουν πίσω χωρίς ποτέ να με καλέσει κανένας και άλλη μια φορά εδέησε να το σηκώσει κάποια υπάλληλος που όμως δεν μπορούσε να εντοπίσει τις...αρμόδιες υπαλλήλους έτσι και πάλι υποτίθεται θα με καλούσαν πίσω χωρίς φυσικά αποτέλεσμα! Ντροπή! One star refers to the service part. I tried to call countless times, the call always ended because all the representatives were busy ... Once I left my phone in the automated system to be called back without anyone ever calling me and another time he begged to pick it up an employee who, however, could not locate the ... competent employees, so again they were supposed to call me back without any result, of course! Προσωπικά είμαι άτομο που βλέπω βελόνα και λιποθυμώ… η αιμοληπτρια μου, η Χριστίνα, ήταν φοβερή επαγγελματίας, δε με πόνεσε καθόλου κι ήταν τρομερά ευγενική και φιλική. Από δω και πέρα εκεί θα πηγαίνω :) Έιμαι αρκετά ευχαριστημένη! The girls in the secretariat are very helpful! I had to go to Biotype for a blood draw. Personally, I am a person who sees a needle and faints; my blood recipient, Christina, was a great professional, she did not hurt me at all and she was very kind and friendly. From now on I will go there :) I'm quite happy!
L	Larisa Tsistiakova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Χρειάστηκε να κάνω μοριακό τεστ COVID στο Βιοτυπο Αιγαλεω για να ταξιδέψω. Το αποτέλεσμα θα έβγαινε πολυ ποιο αργά της πτήσης . Πήρα τηλεφωνο και ζήτησα να μου στείλουν απάντηση όσο δυνατών ποιο γρήγορα . Ανταποκρίθηκαν αμέσως με αποτέλεσμα να έχω το τεστ για τη πτήση μου και να ταξιδέψω χωρίς έννοια . Ευχαριστώ παρά πολυ το εργαστήριο και το γιατρό και ιδιαίτερο ευχαριστώ σε ένα κορίτσι της υποδοχής γιατί στην ουσία αυτή προωθησε το αίτημα μου. Μπράβο! I had to do a COVID molecular test at the Egaleo Biotype to travel. The result would come out much later than the flight. I got a phone call and asked them to send me an answer as soon as possible. They responded immediately so I had the test for my flight and traveled without meaning. Many thanks to the laboratory and the doctor and especially to a girl in the reception because she actually forwarded my request. Well done!
