M	Mary TL on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κατά την τηλεφωνικη επικοινωνία μου με το ανώτερο εργαστήριο προκειμένου να κλείσω το ραντεβού μου,η κυρία στο τηλεφωνικό κέντρο ήταν ευγενέστατη κ μου εξήγησε αναλυτικά την διαδικασία της εξέτασης καθώς κ το προβλεπόμενο κόστος. Κατά την επίσκεψή μου έμεινα πολύ ικανοποιημένη, το ραντεβού τηρήθηκε κανονικά χωρίς καμία αναμονή. Φιλικό περιβάλλον κ άριστη εξυπηρέτηση. During my telephone communication with the higher laboratory in order to make my appointment, the lady at the call center was very kind and explained to me in detail the examination process as well as the estimated cost. During my visit I was very satisfied, the appointment was normally reserved without any waiting. Friendly environment and excellent service.

V	VASILIKI VRAKA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Φυσικά και χρειάστηκα να επισκεφτώ εργαστήριο για μοριακό test covid-19 και φρόντισα να βρω κάποιο κοντά στο σπίτι μου αλλά ήθελα και κάποιο που να διακρίνεται και από επαγγελματισμό. Πήγα στη NEOSCREEN. Έμεινα απόλυτα ευχαριστημένη και βάζω δικαίως τα 5 stars για τους κάτωθι λόγους: έκλεισα ραντεβού πολύ πολύ εύκολα και όταν εξήγησα τους λόγους για τους οποίους επειγόμουν μου έδωσαν προτεραιότητα (αμθρωπιά!). Η λήψη του δείγματος έγινε με απόλυτη ασφάλεια σε εξωτερικό χώρο και φυσικά χωρίς αναμονή και χωρίς συνωστισμό. Έγραψα μόνη μου τα στοιχεία μου σε tablet το οποίο πριν μου το δώσουν απολυμάνθηκε μπροστά μου!!!! Τα αποτελέσματα ήρθαν στο mail μου, νωρίτερα από την ώρα που μου είχαν πει. Τι άλλο να ζητήσω από ένα εργαστήριο?? Μπράβο τους να συνεχίσουν σε αυτό το επίπεδο και σίγουρα εντυπωσιάστηκα και από την πληθώρα των εξετάσεων που κάνουν στην προδιάθεση του οργανισμού για διάφορα σύνδρομα και θα τους επισκεφτώ για περαιτέρω ελέγχους κάτι που μου το επισήμανε και ο γιατρός μου!!! Of course I had to visit a laboratory for molecular test covid-19 and I made sure to find someone close to my house but I also wanted someone who is distinguished by professionalism. I went to NEOSCREEN. I was absolutely happy and I justly put the 5 stars for the following reasons: I made an appointment very very easily and when I explained the reasons why I was urgent they gave me priority (humanity!). The sample was taken safely outdoors and of course without waiting and without crowding. I wrote my details myself on a tablet which was disinfected in front of me before they gave it to me !!!! The results came to my mail, earlier than I was told. What else can I ask from a laboratory ?? Well done to them to continue at this level and I was definitely impressed by the plethora of tests they do to predispose the body to various syndromes and I will visit them for further tests, something that my doctor pointed out to me !!!

The staff were really accomodating, no waiting time and the sample taking was the most comfortable and professional I've ever had. To top it off the lab has a few parking spots on premise so you can be sure that will find parking and if those are full there is a large car park right across the street. I highly recommend Neoscreen for your PCR travel test. UPDATE: I received my results exceptionally fast and I am happy to see that they are translated in both Greek and English.
