Proprietarie cordiali e troppo disponibili, addirittura hanno permesso di dormire a un cliente accampato fuori la stanza con il materassino, tipo campeggio ???. Soggiorno piacevole, consigliato
 Spacious clean and well located studios, close to both lefkada town and all the best beaches. Friendly owners and too helpful, even allowed to sleep to a client camped outside the room with the mattress, like camping ???. Pleasant stay, recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Међу најбољим смештајима на Лефкади и у Грчкој, у којима смо одседали, ако вам одговара приземље. Одличан квалитет ентеријера, све је прилично ново, у очи упада баш велика и комплетна кухиња, мини-шпорет с рерном, много радне површине, сви потребни судови и прибор.
Одлична локација места на острву, и врло добра микро локација, плажа је на 200м улицом ка мору.
Лоше стране приземља у овом случају су: константно присуство мачака чим изнесете храну на трпезаријско-балконски сто - пењаће се по столицама и столу ако не пазите; немогућност да ноћу осушите ствари на сушачу - само ће се наквасити од влаге преко ноћи; и приличан недостатак приватности, чим неког има у смештају поред вас...
Власници су врло пријстељски настројени, једини проблем је што бака јако слабо говори енглески (а српски никако ?). Све зависи од вашег знања грчког или од комуникације са кћерком власнице.
Among the best accommodations in Lefkada and Greece, where we stayed, if the ground floor suits you. Excellent interior quality, everything is quite new, a very large and complete kitchen, a mini-stove with an oven, a lot of work surfaces, all the necessary dishes and utensils stand out.
Great location on the island, and a very good micro location, the beach is 200m down the street from the sea.
The disadvantages of the ground floor in this case are: the constant presence of cats as soon as you take the food to the dining-balcony table - they will climb on the chairs and the table if you are not careful; inability to dry things on the dryer at night - it will only get wet from moisture overnight; and a considerable lack of privacy, as soon as there is someone in the accommodation next to you ...
The owners are very friendly, the only problem is that the grandmother speaks very little English (and Serbian not at all (). It all depends on your knowledge of Greek or communication with the owner's daughter.
