k	kara flokos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τα δωμάτια βρίσκονται σε εξαιρετικό σημείο για να ανακαλύψεις την πόλη, ακριβώς στο κέντρο. Η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν τραγική απλά μας έδωσε τα κλειδιά και ξαναεμφανίστηκε όταν ήταν να φύγουμε. Τρεις μέρες εκεί δεν υπήρχε κανείς στη ρεσεψιο.Δεν άλλαξαν σεντόνια,σαπούνια, πετσέτες ποτέ και φυσικά δεν ξανααλλαξαν χαρτί τουαλέτας. The rooms are in a great location to discover the city, right in the center. The service was tragic it just gave us the keys and reappeared when we were about to leave. There was no one at the reception for three days. They never changed sheets, soaps, towels and of course they did not change toilet paper again.

Αντιεπαγγελματιες, δεν είχαν καμία πρόθεση εξυπηρέτησης τηλεφωνικά. Μακριά από τέτοιους ανθρώπους που ασκούν το επάγγελμα του ξενοδόχου από χόμπι χωρίς κανένα επαγγελματισμό και συνέπεια. Αν μπορούσα να βαθμολογήσω και -1 θα το έβαζα. ΝΤΡΟΠΉ ΣΑΣ.
m	manolis gryparis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They canceled the stay 12 hours before our arrival, they send a message 12 hours saying we need to find another stay through booking. When we called them in an angry manner they yelled at us saying they are too busy to care and we had 5o attend a wedding the next day. Trash talking on the phone swearing when I said I cannot find something at this last moment. Irresponsible the least with zero professionalism.

When we arrived they told us there were no rooms left. Eventually after a very confusing call they hung up on us and we found another hotel. They were really rude, try to avoid!
S	Sylvi Henriksen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We got a room with a bedroom with two single beds and a wardrobe and a sidetable and chair and a table lamp. And a kitchen with a fridge, a stove with 2 hot rings, a kitchen table and a sink plus one single bed and a unit to put your suitcase on, a mirror and table with a tv on it. There are mostly Greek programs on but some are English spoken or American. And a toilet with a shower and hand basin. When the cooker is on nothing else can be used because the electric fuses flips. There is a square nearby where there is a shopping street with a convenient store, bakeries, fish monger, butcher's, souvenir shops, restaurants, bars, clothes shops and kiosks that sell bits and pieces. It's only about 5 minutes walk. Also 5 minutes from the harbour. The hotel is great if you are easygoing. The cleaner, Amelia, greeted us and was very helpful with everything. Any problem she rectified immediately and could be reached by phone. The owner was away so she took care of everything. He showed up to collect the rent. I don't know about car hiring because we used the free local mini bus and the other buses that are reasonably priced to go around the island. I loved it!
Ε	Εύα Μπαλταγιάννη on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got the top floor room, what a lovely balcony was that? Pretty room, with crispy clean towels and sheets! The owner is friendly and kind, making you feel like home!

Although the room was really decent and clean with a small balcony, it was very hard communicating with the host. I called him to confirm my reservation and he said there are no rooms and hung up on me, even though I received a confirmation email from booking.com. I had to turn up to the place and find out if i actually had a room. There was no one at reception when i arrived and i had to call a few times to find out how i can get into my room. It’s good value for money but not worth the hassle.
