Kostas was really friendly and enthusiastic, thank you for the hospitality! One of the best places we ever stayed, would definitely come back!!

That place has it all! Kostas the owner is super helpful and polite that ensure making your stay feeling like being home. The room was spacious, super bright with great sea views and has been decorated with exceptional care to detail. I have travelled in time staying there. The perfect balance of tradition with a cobtempoy fresh touch! I loved it! Villa Maria is now definitely my choice for every time I'll be in the island of Syros. I am craving to come back!

Villa Maria itself is beautiful, it also has an incredible view and is in the perfect location - right in the heart of Ermoupoulis. Kostas and Elisa are the kindest hosts, who went above and beyond to look after me. I couldn’t have had a nicer stay here and can’t recommend it enough. A very special place.

Our host is friendly and discreet and has paid attention to all the details that make a guest feel comfortable, such as the well-kept bed with the very comfortable mattress and pillows. Wonderful room with large windows and balcony overlooking the town of Ermoupoli. I highly recommend it.

Kostas is there for you, to show you and tell you anything you need to know about the island and its pure magic! He is there to help you out with everything. The rooms/ the house is located at a fantastic spot remind you of a Shakespeare setting ! It's very clean and cozy! Staying at Villa Maria it's an excellent choice and a good memory to keep you warm through the hectic days of the city! Hope you have an amazing stay! Enjoy every single bit of it !

The view is one of the best I've had in my life: The city, the sea and the big blue sky are all there and you get a real sense of the greek island amazing light! The hospitality from the hosts is stellar, they made me feel super at home from the first moment and even provided a lot of information for nearby hikes. I cannot recommend it enough!

He picked us up at the main square, was always ready to share tips and all the restaurants he recommeded were amazing. The house is unique and each room has his own neoclassical charm. It will take your breath away! Location is perfect, super quiet and you have a shared garden + 2! seaview terraces! Highly recommended!
