★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Επισκέφθηκα το κατάστημα της Κομοτηνής beauty star στις 23/10/20. Είχα βλεφαρίδες από άλλη τεχνήτρια τις βγάλαμε όλες και έγινε τοποθέτηση extensions από την αρχή. Από την πρώτη μέρα τα τουφάκια άρχισαν να πέφτουν χωρίς τις φυσικές μου τρίχες αλλά δεν έδωσα σημασία. Από τις 25/10 το πρόβλημα άρχισε να μεγαλώνει. Έχανα τουλάχιστον 3-4 τουφάκια από κάθε μάτι την μέρα. Όταν πήρα να ρωτήσω τι συμβαίνει μου είπαν ότι δεν έγινε σωστά η συγκόλληση γιατι αφαίρεσαν τις προηγούμενες και δεν κόλλησε καλά η κόλλα. Μου είπε να παω να διορθώσουμε το λάθος ΤΟΥΣ, με δική ΜΟΥ χρέωση και μάλιστα μεγάλη. Πλήρωσα ήδη ένα μεγάλο ποσό για την τοποθέτηση η οποία δεν κράτησε ουτε 3 μέρες και μάλιστα χωρίς απόδειξη. Θα έπρεπε τουλάχιστον να διορθώσουν το λάθος τους ΔΩΡΕΑΝ.
 I visited the store of Komotini beauty star on 23/10/20. I had eyelashes from another technician, we took them all out and extensions were placed from the beginning. From the first day the tufts started to fall without my natural hairs but I did not pay attention. From 25/10 the problem started to grow. I lost at least 3-4 tufts from each eye a day. When I got to ask what was going on, they told me that the welding was not done properly because they removed the previous ones and the glue did not stick well. He told me to go and correct THEIR mistake, at MY charge and in fact a large one. I already paid a large amount for the placement which did not last even 3 days and even without a receipt. They should at least correct their mistake for FREE.
