★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went with my 86 years old mother this morning to purchase a sim card in her name. I have been received by a sales person outside of the store who processed the transaction, and who has been absolutely charming, and helpful. He told me that my phone will be activated in an hour , and that I can come back to get my invoice. An hour later I come back , and am received very coldly by a woman salesperson. I show her the little pocket in which the sim card was, a handwritten receipt, and my mother's identity card. She says that my mother needs to be there. I am explaining her that she is 86 years old, tired, and that she is taking a nap. I insist politely letting her know the young salesperson outside can prove I was there an hour ago . She downplayed the function of that salesperson, implying somehow he is nothing. I insisted on telling her that I have with me her identity card that I am her son , nothing. Just for an invoice, and with giving her all the proofs. This is absolute criminal service. If she does not enjoy helping the customers what does she do there. Poor image for VODAFONE NEA SMIRNI OMIROU. I see that you have already collected many one star advices. I also hope there is a sound manager who will correct this woman's work attitude.
