★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After struggling with another company for months, I decided to try out Cosmote instead.
In a single hour they gave me the ideal solution for my internet, and it turns out to be nearly flawless as well!
50g internet to spend, which did help me for quite a while. And when this package was almost spend while I had no idea how to renew it, they managed to explain me how to do it despite the language barrier.
I had to buy a new package at the shop, and for it I needed a code. Any other Greek company would let you go home and find it without caring at all, but not Cosmote. They took time to find the stuff I needed. Saving me a lot of time and ensuring I kept my internet.

Update: I called the technical service and they came the next day and solved it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in hospital,I could not communicate with them... there is nobody you can talk to.everything is automated .I wanted to tell them I could not pay or get on Internet. They just started cutting the outgoing calls,then the incoming calls and finally the messages.Finally,they even got rid of my number ...all this for one month delay in payment...beside the fact that they are very expensive for what they offer.

She was great! Next, I talked with Katerina at the desk about my inquiry. She was also very professional, friendly and efficient. She seemed to know the content of her work very well and was very capable of informing me well about the phone and internet services.
