★ ★ ★ ★ ★ VERY BAD SERVICE. THE WORST SERVICE. Rude and neglectant employees. We signed an official application to register for wifi connection, they said wait for 15 days. After 15 days we wait for the technician to come to our place no one came. So we personally went to the store and they said we didnt sign anything. They remarked that they are ‘too busy’ and they have tons of customers. So they gave us this number to call which they didnt give us from the start? We eventually called and complained. We were furious becuz we paid 50€ for the application and have been waiting for 15 days. They apogized for the bad service. Therefore they personally called the panormou apartment to ask for the inconvenience and they explained that they have ‘mistaken’. Eventually that they didnt tap or send to confirm the application. Im very sure they are bunch of bored employees or just plainly neglectant and tired of their work or something. Its pure sabotage. So we paid 80€ to sign out and changed companies. Very similar stories from my friends as well. So I strongly suggest u never sign up for this DIRTY COMPANY.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience on these shop, rude and selfish on a way they react to customer!!!!! I ask an assistance of internet connection and just told me to call (13840) by the means they did not have a lot of work and it was 2 customers( me and other older guy) we customers pay for our use of there SERVICES how can they decline our needs of there assistance on how to fix problems occuring internet malfunction!! We ( customers) pay so that we can value there assistance on helping us get rid of all situation by calling numbers by our own.. horrible, i hope vodaphone company needs to re-train morals for there stuff in panormou to customers and help there needs when they can ... Its really a bad experience
