★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απόλυτα Απαράδεκτη. 14/9/2018 κανω online αίτημα μετακόμισης, αμέσως την ίδια μέρα στέλνω την αίτηση υπογεγραμένη με ταυτότητα. 17/9/2018 λαμβάνω επιβεβαιωτικό email οτι λάβανε κανονικά το εγγραφο αίτημα μου και θα ενημερωθώ για την πορεία του. 10/10/2018 τηλεφωνώ εγω και μαθαίνω οτι δεν εχει προχωρήσει το αίτημα, γιατί δεν έχω στείλει τα δικαιολογητικά (αυτα που μου επιβεβαίωσαν με email οτι τα έλαβαν). Επιβεβαιώνει η υπάλληλος οτι τελικά τα έλαβαν και οτι θα ενημερώσει για ταχύτερη ενεργοποίηση.. 14/10/2018 δέχομαι τηλ κλήση για να με ενημερώσουν οτι δεν ανοίγει το pdf των δικαιολογητικών και μετά απο μεγάλη αναστάτωση και αφού μίλησε η υπαλληλος με την υπεύθυνη, θα μου την προχωρούσαν κατ εξαίρεση! 18/10/2018 τηλεφωνώ εγώ και μαθαίνω οτι η αίτησή μου έχει ακυρωθεί γιατί δεν έχω στείλει τα δικαιολογητικά, και φυσικά οτι η γραμμή μου είναι ενεργή και διαθέσιμη στον επόμενο ενοικιαστή να έχει δωρεάν κλήσεις και internet ή ακόμη και να κάνει με τον δικό μου αριθμό οποιοδήποτε τηλεφωνικό έγκλημα, όσο εγώ κοιμόμουν ήσυχος νομίζοντας οτι η vodafone είναι μια σοβαρή και υπεύθυνη εταιρία.
Ζήτησα να μιλήσω με τον αρμόδιο υπεύθυνο του τμήματος και ακόμη περιμένω να με καλέσει...
 Absolutely Unacceptable. 14/9/2018 I make a move request online, immediately the same day I send the request signed with ID. 17/9/2018 I receive a confirmation email that they received my document request normally and I will be informed about its progress. 10/10/2018 I call and find out that the request has not progressed, because I have not sent the supporting documents (those who confirmed by email that they received them). The employee confirms that they finally received them and that she will inform about faster activation .. 14/10/2018 I receive the call to inform me that the pdf of the supporting documents is not opened and after a great deal of disturbance and after the employee spoke with the person in charge, they made it exceptional for me! 18/10/2018 I call and learn that my application has been canceled because I have not sent the supporting documents, and of course that my line is active and available to the next tenant to have free calls and internet or even to do with my own number any phone crime while I slept peacefully thinking that vodafone is a serious and responsible company.
I asked to speak with the person in charge of the department and I am still waiting for him to call me ...
