K	Kostas Vasilikos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Θα ήθελα να αναφέρω ότι τέτοια ανικανότητα, τέτοια ασυνέπεια, τέτοια υποκρισία και ψευτιά και τέτοια εντελώς απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά δεν έχω συναντήσει ποτέ σε κανένα πάροχο. Απο που να ξεκινήσω: από το ότι άλλο σε παραπληροφορούν και άλλο σου λένε και άλλο κάνουν, από το ότι περιμένεις να παραλάβεις εξοπλισμό και τον παιρνεις με καθυστέρηση ενός μήνα, από το ότι για τον επόμενο μήνα δεν δουλέυει, από το ότι σου χρεώνουν 2 λογαριασμούς ενώ έχεις συμφωνήσει για έναν, από το ότι τους το λες και σου λένε θα σε παρουμε τηλέφωνο και δεν παίρνουν ποτέ, από το ότι δεν σηκώνουν ποτέ το τηλέφωνο, από το ότι δεν απαντούν σε κανένα εμαιλ, από το ότι γενικώς σε έχουν γράψει στα παλιά τους τα παπούτσια. Δυστχώς η νομική οδός είναι η μόνη διέξοδος. I would like to mention that I have never encountered such incompetence, such inconsistency, such hypocrisy and lies and such completely unacceptable behavior in any provider. Where to start: from the fact that they misinform you and tell you something else and do something else, from the fact that you wait to receive equipment and receive it with a delay of one month, from the fact that it does not work for the next month, from the fact that you are charged 2 bills while you have agreed on one, from what you tell them and they tell you we will call you and they never get it, from the fact that they never pick up the phone, from the fact that they do not answer any emails, from the fact that they have generally written to you in their old shoes. Unfortunately, the legal way is the only way out.

Ζήτησα πληροφορία και η απάντηση ήταν διαφορετική από αυτό που έμαθα τελικά σε άλλο κατάστημα στην Αθήνα. 3. Καλύτερο επίπεδο και από ΟΤΕ και από wind όμως. 1. Customer and employee masks should be above the nose. Neither earring nor on the forehead. 2. I asked for information and the answer was different from what I finally learned in another store in Athens. 3. Better level from both OTE and wind though.

Είμαι χρόνια πελάτισσα στη Vodafone και μπορώ να πω ότι οι άνθρωποι που εργάζονται στο συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα είναι φοβερά εξυπηρετικοί και ειλικρινεις. Ακούνε τις ανάγκες μου και βρίσκουν την καλύτερη επιλογή που ταιριάζει σε μένα. Με τα μέτρα ασφαλείας για τον covid-19 είναι πολύ τυπικοί, κρατάνε τις απαραίτητες αποστάσεις και φοράνε πάντα μάσκα. Amazing customer service. I have been a customer of Vodafone for many years and I can say that the people who work in this store are very helpful and honest. They listen to my needs and find the best option that suits me. With the safety measures for covid-19 they are very standard, they keep the necessary distances and they always wear a mask.
