E	Eva Zlp on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απ' όλα τα καταστήματα της Vodafone στο Βόλο, αυτό που προτιμω και ξεχωρίζω είναι το κατάστημα στην Σπυρίδη. Τα παιδιά που εργάζονται είναι το ένα καλύτερο απ' το άλλο. Εξυπηρέτηση, ευγένεια και κυρίως χαρούμενοι! Μπράβο σε όλους τους. Of all the Vodafone stores in Volos, what I prefer and distinguish is the shop in Spyrides. The children who work are the one better than the other. Service, courtesy and especially happy! Good to all of them.

N	Nia Tse on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πέντε αστέρια μόνο για την εξυπηρέτηση της Βονταφον στο Βόλο στην οδό Σπυρίδη. Δεν έχω κάποιο παράπονο από κανέναν υπάλληλο. Σε αντίθεση με το άλλο τους κατάστημα στη Δημητριάδος που οπότε και να πήγα είναι αγέλαστοι, την καλημέρα με το ζόρι και για να κάνω μια ερώτηση ακόμα και κανένα πελάτη να μην έχει μέσα δε θα δώσουν σημασία να σε ρωτήσουν τι θες. Σαν εταιρεία είμαι ευχαριστημένη. Καλά πακέτα και ενδιάμεσα δώρα σε χρόνο ομιλίας ή ίντερνετ. Προς το παρόν τουλάχιστον. Five stars only for the service of Vodafone in Volos on Spyridi Street. I have no complaints from any employee. Unlike their other store in Demitriados, which whenever I went they are unsmiling, good morning by force and to ask a question even if no customer is inside they will not pay attention to ask you what you want. As a company I am happy. Good packages and intermediate gifts in talk time or internet. For now at least.

Είτε αναζητάτε νέο συμβόλαιο είτε ανανέωση είτε πιο τυπικά πράγματα (πληρωμές, ανανεώσεις συμβολαίου ή χρόνου ομιλίας) ή γενικά εξυπηρέτηση στη συνδρομή σας, αξίζει να απευθυνθείτε εκεί. Direct and courteous service, quite large and nicely landscaped, in the city center. Whether you are looking for a new contract or a renewal or more typical things (payments, renewal of a contract or talk time) or general service in your subscription, it is worthwhile to go there.
n	nikolas manolakellhs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απλά ντροπή σας. Πήγα στο συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα την Δευτέρα 18/10 για να εξυπηρετηθω για την υπηρεσία Giga Wifi on the spot. Είναι μια υπηρεσία που απλά χρειάζεσαι μια Sim κάρτα και αγοράζεις οπότε θες και αν θες ένα πακέτο δεδομένων από το ίντερνετ. Στο site της Vodafone δεν αναφέρει πουθενά κάποια χρέωση ούτε συμβόλαιο ούτε τίποτα άλλο. Εκείνοι μου ζήτησαν 37.5€ για μια κάρτα Sim, για να μου "εξηγήσουν" πως λειτουργεί και να ρυθμίσουν το κινητό και επιπλέον 5 χαρτιά. Φυσικά δεν το δέχτηκα και έφυγα. Τηλεφώνησα στην Vodafone η οποία σε 3 μέρες μου έστειλε σπίτι μου την κάρτα με διανομέα χωρίς καμία απολύτως χρέωση και το μόνο που ζήτησαν ήταν να δώσω ένα αντίγραφο της ταυτότητας. Ενημέρωσα την Vodafone για το συγκεκριμένο περιστατικό και μου ανέφεραν "όχι κύριε δεν υπάρχει ΚΑΜΙΑ χρέωση για την υπηρεσία". Απλά ντροπή σας!! Just your shame. I went to this store on Monday 18/10 to be served for the Giga Wifi service on the spot. It is a service that you just need a Sim card and buy whenever you want and if you want a data package from the internet. The Vodafone site does not mention any charge, contract or anything else. They asked me for 37.5 € for a Sim card, to "explain" to me how it works and to set up the mobile and an additional 5 cards. Of course I did not accept it and left. I called Vodafone which in 3 days sent me the card with a distributor at my house with absolutely no charge and all they asked for was to give me a copy of my ID. I informed Vodafone about this incident and they told me "no sir there is NO charge for the service". Just your shame !!
A	Apostolos Cheimonas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παρ ότι έχω κάποιες "ενστάσεις" ως προς κάποιες παροχές (Vodafone tv) ,εν τούτοις πρέπει να επισημάνω την ΑΨΟΓΗ και ΑΜΕΣΗ εξυπηρέτηση της υπαλλήλου σε επίλυση προβλημάτων μου, σε υποκατάστημα της Σπ. Σπυρίδη στον Βόλο!!!(ΓΙ' αυτό και τα 4?) Although I have some "objections" regarding some benefits (Vodafone tv), nevertheless I must point out the EXCELLENT and IMMEDIATE service of the employee in solving my problems, in a branch of Sp. Spyridis in Volos !!! (Hence the 4?)
