★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγενέστατη και ειρωνική η υπάλληλος που με εξυπηρέτησε, μου απευθυνόταν λες και ήμουν οριακής νοημοσύνης και την ενοχλουσα από τα υψηλά της καθήκοντα. Αξιολυπητη η κυρία...Δεν προκειται να ξαναπατήσω το ποδι μου, υπάρχουν δεκάδες καταστήματα που σου φέρονται με στοιχειώδη σεβασμό.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αν κ είμαστε συνδρομητές στη Vodafone με τρείς τηλεφωνικές σύνδεσης επισκεφτηκαμε το κατάστημα σας (Αγίας Λαύρας Κατερίνη) και ο υπάλληλος για ένα πολύ απλό πράγμα που ζήτησα, να μου συγχρονίσει το τηλέφωνο και το ρολόι, μου είπε να κλείσω ραντεβού κ να αφήσω το τηλέφωνο κ το ρολόι στο κατάστημα,χωρίς να μου προσδιορίσει το χρόνο παραμονής περίπου τών αντικειμένων στο κατάστημα, και να ενημερωθώ και για το κόστος.και ούτε έδειξε ενδιαφέρον να μου πει αν θέλω να επικοινωνήσει με τον ειδικό για την παραπάνω ενέργεια. Σε αντίστοιχες περιπτώσεις η ευγένεια και το ενδιαφέρον από τους υπαλλήλους του κάθε καταστήματος και χωρίς να εξυπηρετηθει ο πελάτης είναι πολύ σημαντικό για εκείνον.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff in store although they could practice English more. They have 7 Gig data sim card for 10 eur. Good deal. But network coverage is not the best though. In the cities you can get decent experience but elsewhere don't expect to make calls. Google maps directions worked well... Perhaps trying other carriers..?
