Β	Βαγγέλης Χρυσόπουλος on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εδώ και 2 χρόνια πληρώνω wind σταθερό και ίντερνετ και δεν έχω στην ουσία τίποτα από τα 2.Συνέχεια αποσυνδέσεις και στα 2.Έχω μιλήσει με την εξυπηρέτηση πελατών πολλές φορές, ήρθαν τεχνικοί αλλά δεν γινόταν τίποτα. Στις επόμενες κλήσεις μου,άρχισαν να κατηγορούν την περιοχή(τις καλές μέρες ήταν καλή η wind,τις κακές έφταιγε το διαμέρισμα).Μην τα πολυλογώ έφτασε η λήξη του συμβολαίου και φυσικά ήθελα να αλλάξω εταιρεία. Με πήραν τηλέφωνο από τα κεντρικά και αφού συμφωνήσαμε ότι θα λυθεί το ζήτημα με τεχνικό άμεσα,η κυρία μου ανανέωσε το συμβόλαιο(με την έγκριση μου) και εξαφανίστηκε(ούτε τεχνικός, ούτε τίποτα).Μετά και από αυτό αποφάσισα ότι θα φύγω οριστικά,αλλά τώρα με έχουν στο χέρι.Πήγα στο κατάστημα να δω τι μπορώ να κάνω γι'αυτό(να γλυτώσω έστω το πρόστιμο) και το μόνο που εισέπραξα ήταν μια απάντηση με ύφος ότι το πρόστιμο θα είναι στα 155 ευρώ ότι και να κάνω τώρα, γιατί το συμβόλαιο έχει ανανεωθεί τηλεφωνικά(κάτι που δεν επιτρέπεται νομίζω,καθώς το νούμερο δεν ήταν καν στο όνομά μου,αλλά του πατέρα μου).Η μόνη λύση τώρα είναι να τρέχεις σε δικηγόρους, δηλαδή κι άλλα έξοδα και στο τέλος να μην βρεις και άκρη. Εν ολίγοις,συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα να μην μπλεχτείτε με την εταιρεία. For the past 2 years I have been paying for landline and internet and I have basically none of the 2.Continued disconnections at 2.I have talked to customer service many times, technicians came but nothing happened. In my next calls, they started blaming the area (on good days the wind was good, on bad days the apartment was to blame). They called me from the headquarters and after we agreed that the issue would be resolved with a technician immediately, my lady renewed the contract (with my approval) and disappeared (neither technician nor anything). After that I decided that I would leave permanently, but now they have me in hand. I went to the store to see what I can do about it (to save even the fine) and all I received was an answer in the style that the fine will be 155 euros whatever I do now, because the contract has been renewed by phone (something that is not allowed I think, as the number was not even in my name, but my father's). The only solution now is to run to lawyers, that is, other expenses and in the end not to find edge. In short, I strongly recommend that you do not get involved with the company.
