Και αν τους ρωτήσεις γιατί δεν βρίσκεις ποτέ κωδικό, σου λένε, "στέλνε, στέλνε....κάποια στιγμή θα βρεις"....
 The 1 + 1 codes with bluestar are pure fraud.
And if you ask them why you never find a code, they say, "send, send .... you'll find some time" ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είχα κάνει αίτηση για μεταφορά γραμμής ίντερνετ απο Πειραιά για Πάρο στις 20 Μαίου για να έχω πρόσβαση ώστε να μπορέσω να δώσω τις διαδικτυακές πανεπιστημιακές εξετάσεις. Στις 19 Ιουνίου (αφού είχα ήδη χάσει την εξέταση του πρώτου μαθήματος ) απο δική μου επίσκεψη στο κατάστημα ενημερώθηκα,έπειτα απο σχετική ερώτηση, οτι ο τεχνικός θα κάνει την σύνδεση σε 10 ημέρες. Στις 29 Ιουνίου επισκέπτομαι ξανά το κατάστημα και με ενημερώνουν οτι αυτές οι 10 ημέρες δεν αφορούσαν την σύνδεση του δικτύου αλλά 10 ημέρες για την αλλαγή των στοιχείων. Έπειτα απο έναν διάλογο σε βαρύ κλίμα με την "ευγενική" υπάλληλο του καταστήματος προέβησα σε ακύρωση της μεταφοράς του δικτύου αφού η σύνδεση στο σπίτι δεν θα γινόταν ούτε καν στις 7 Ιουλίου που είναι η ημέρα εξέτασης του τελευταίου μου μαθήματος, οπότε δεν μου ήταν πλέον χρήσιμο το ίντερνετ. Ο σκόπος μου ήταν να έχω πρόσβαση για την εξεταστική μου. Εφόσον η σύνδεση θα γίνει μετά την λήξη της εξεταστικής μου είναι πλέον άχρηστο. Μια άσχημη εμπειρία με την συγκεκριμένη υπάλληλο και οι σχέσεις μου πλέον με την Vodafone έπειτα απο πολλά χρόνια έληξαν. Συγχαρητήρια!

My purpose was to have access to my exam. Once the connection is made after the end of my exam, it is no longer useful. A bad experience with this particular employee and my relationship with Vodafone ended after many years. Congratulations!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Σπάνια έχω συναντήσει τόση απαξίωση, ειρωνεία και αρνητική συμπεριφορά σε κατάστημα εξυπηρέτησης πελατών. Αγορασα φορτηστη παρουσιάζοντας το κινητό μου και η πωλήτρια μου έδωσε λάθος συσκευή. Με την απόδειξη αλλά με ελαφρώς σκισμένο την συσκευασία ο ιδιοκτήτης αποποιηθηκε την οποια ευθύνη.....ενώ αμφισβητούσε τα πάντα. Αν δεν μπορεί να καταλάβει ότι η εξυπηρέτηση πελατών είναι πιο σημαντική απ τ 10 ευρώ... Τότε πολύ σύντομα θα είναι εκτός αγοράς.
Rarely have I encountered so much disrepute, irony and negative behavior in a customer service store. I bought a charger presenting my cell phone and the saleswoman gave me the wrong device. With the receipt but with the packaging slightly torn, the owner denied any responsibility ..... while disputing everything. If he can not understand that customer service is more important than 10 euros ... Then very soon he will be out of the market.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited to by a sim card and I was served by a lovely young man who was very helpful. However next to him was I guess his boss and I felt like he was being very rude to the man serving me when he asked him a question about my sim package. The shop itself is very clean, and the layout is clear to understand. The shop is in the back road of parikia and is easy to get to walking or driving. The prices were ok, I'd say mid range. I paid €12 for a top up.
