Γ	Γεωργία Δερμάτη on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μηδέν εξυπηρέτηση. Το προσωπικό αγενεστατο βαριονται να δώσουν μια βεβαίωση κάρτας SIM καθόλου συνεργάσιμο κατάστημα. Απορώ γιατί υπάρχει για διακόσμηση;; Και στο τηλέφωνο πριν πάμε είχαν αρνητική στάση για εξυπηρέτηση βιαζόταν η κοπέλα να κλείσει το τηλέφωνό στα μούτρα. Εν το μεταξύ είπε ελάτε από εδώ και θα σας δώσουμε το χαρτί και το έκλεισε μπορούσε να με ρωτήσει τι θέλω να κάνω και τι χρειάζεται να φέρω και μετά να μου κλείσει το τηλέφωνό να μην μου λέει να έρθω τζάμπα. Είναι η δεύτερη φορά που ήρθα γιατί και την πρώτη φορά που είχα όλα τα έγγραφα πάλι δεν με εξυπηρέτησαν και αναγκάστηκα και πήγα στο κατάστημα της Vodafone metro mall όπου η κοπέλα με εξυπηρέτησε άψογα. Zero service. The rude staff are bored to give a SIM card certificate to any cooperative store. I wonder why it exists for decoration ?? And on the phone before we went they had a negative attitude for service the girl was in a hurry to hang up the phone in the face. This is the second time I came because the first time I had all the documents again they did not serve me and I was forced to go to the Vodafone metro mall store where the girl served me perfectly.
P	Panagiotis Dermatis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τηλεφώνησα στο κατάστημα επειδή χρειαζόμουν μια βεβαίωση και μου απάντησε απότομα και βιαστικά η κοπέλα ότι δεν μπορεί να μου στείλει στο email την βεβαίωση και να περάσω να την παραλάβω από το κατάστημα και ότι θα είναι έτοιμη εκτυπωμένη χωρίς να μου ζητήσει κανένα απαραίτητο έγγραφο και μου το έκλεισε απότομα . Παρακαλώ πολύ τους υπεύθυνους της εταιρείας να μην προσλαμβάνεται τέτοιες ανιδίκευτες υπαλλήλους που δεν ξέρουν πώς να εκδίδουν βεβαιώσεις που είναι μέρος της δουλειάς τους και κατά επέκταση της εταιρείας Vodafone γιατί έτσι η κοινή γνώμη δεν έχει καθόλου καλή άποψη καθώς πλήττεται το κύρος της συγκεκριμένης εταιρείας . Πριν μερικά χρόνια που ζήτησα την ίδια βεβαίωση από την cosmote του Αγίου Δημητρίου ο υπάλληλος ήξερε πάρα πολύ καλά την δουλειά του και μου εξέδωσε 2 βεβαιώσεις μόνο με την επίδειξη της ταυτότητας μπροστά στην είσοδο του καταστήματος και σε 2 λεπτά μου της έδωσε . I beg the managers of the company not to hire such unskilled employees who do not know how to issue certificates that are part of their job and by extension Vodafone company because so the public does not have a good opinion at all as the prestige of this company is damaged. A few years ago when I asked for the same certificate from the cosmote of Agios Dimitrios, the employee knew his job very well and issued me 2 certificates only with the presentation of the ID in front of the entrance of the store and in 2 minutes he gave it to me.

They helped us set up our two cell phones until we were ready to use them and they did so with a smile. Congratulations for this excellent customer service! Efaristo!
