Αγόρασα παπούτσια και σε μια μέρα χάλασαν.
Όταν απευθύνθηκα σε αυτούς την άλλη μέρα μου είπαν ότι θα επικοινωνήσουν με τα κεντρικα για να μου τα αλλαξουν
Μετά από μια εβδομαδα και αφού τους ενόχλησα πάλι εγώ, μου απάντησαν ότι θα τα πάνε στον τσαγκάρη να τα επιδιορθώσουν.
Καινούργια παπούτσια αντί να τα αλλάξουν τα πηγαίνουν στον τσαγκάρη λες και είναι παπούτσια ετών.
Αυτη είναι η εγγύηση του καταστήματος τους.
Αντί να αλλάζουν τα ελλατωματικα παπούτσια τα πηγαίνουν στον τσαγκάρη για επιδιόρθωση. Δεν αγόρασα καινούργια παπούτσια για να τα πάρω από τον τσαγκάρη.
Ας τα κρατήσουν λοιπόν, χάρισμα τους.
Unacceptable.
I bought shoes and in one day they broke.
When I addressed them the other day they told me that they would contact the headquarters to change them.
After a week and after I bothered them again, they replied that they would take them to the shoemaker to fix them.
Instead of changing new shoes, they take them to the shoemaker as if they were old shoes.
This is the guarantee of their store.
Instead of changing the defective shoes, they take them to the shoemaker for repair. I did not buy new shoes to get them from the shoemaker.
So let them keep it, their gift.
