★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want to understand Santorini, you need to have a wine tasting in this amazing winery. They are producing just one wine, Pure, which is the best assyrtiko you will ever taste. Both the tour in the vineyards and the wine tasting was amazing, and provided us with a very good understanding of the unique terrain of santorini that makes the wine produced here so unique. If I needed to choose one wine tasting to have in Santorini, it would definitely be this one. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best wine tasting we had in Santorini. The guide was very knowledgeable and provided a lot of info about Santorini wine making and this specific winery.
We had the Pure wine tasting and tasted the volcano slopes through the years(2014-17).
Advance booking required as it is usually booked.
Strongly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We enjoyed every minute of the 60 minutes visit /wine tasting with a small food plate. The cave is very special and looks like nothing else on the island. The owner will give you a lot of interesting information on the culture of the wine and on their fantastic wines.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a very serene and beautiful place to visit. Our host Dmitri is wonderful and very welcoming. The wine is surprisingly amazing! The old design combined with modern minimalist design would make you want to stay and not leave. Highly recommended, make sure you book online first!
