An amazing place with amazing people. Volcano luxury suites was our accomodation choice for our 6-nights summer holidays in Milos island. The suites are super new, with state of the art design and combination of traditional and modern aesthetic. We stayed Iinthe junior suit "Betonitis" which was amazing for a couple. Big room, nice bathroom and amazing balcony with jacuzzi. Daily the room was cleaned and we were supplied with water and fresh towels. The breakfast was better than the rumors said. 2 choices of food (try the eggs Benedict ?) and a drink (like fresh orange juice) per guest, served with bread and jam. !!!The breakfast was served in our balcony!!!

DO NOT STAY HERE. I am so sad to be writing such a bad review for this hotel. We paid €600 for the presidential suite here for 2 nights to enjoy the hot tub, a beautiful space to do our work remotely, and enjoy a lovely room as the photos show. We arrived and the hotel is very bare bones. Fake grass turf outside, no common areas, the gym is 3 old workout machines in a cement closet, the sauna is next to the reception in a basement. There is strange cheap decor, it looks very different than the photos. We checked into our “suite” and the hot tub smelled foul, it wreaked of mildew. The presidential suite which looks large and lovely in the photos was tiny, the bathroom (all glass) is right next to the bed. So if you’re going to the bathroom, the person in bed is watching you. The desk is in a weird position, no closet, and no space to put suitcases. They were not honest about the square footage. The WiFi doesn’t work at all. We couldn’t send a text or make a call from the room or outside. We have been staying in Milos for 3 weeks. We love it here and have stayed in many hotels. This is a complete ripoff, it is not luxury, it is bare bones and cheap decor disguised as a luxury hotel. There are SO many beautiful hotels with kind staff on this island, this one is not worth it. If we had paid $100-$200 I would’ve felt better. But for what they are charging, it is absolutely not worth the value. We kindly went the front desk right away to ask if we could please leave and stay somewhere else because we have many work calls and things to do that need WiFi. The owner came in, screaming at us, refused to give us a refund. She said the entire island has bad WiFi (which isn’t true because we have been here for 3 weeks working remotely). She refused to be reasonable, was screaming in our face, and was aggressive. I am shocked that a small boutique hotel owner wouldn’t care to accommodate us or even hear what we have to say. Really unfortunate, we lost major money on this. ended up having to leave after 3 hours wasted snd go find another hotel in the dark. Stay at Del Mar suites in Pollonia. It is 1/6 the cost, MUCH nicer finishes, bedding, better layouts, kind staff, gorgeous rooms for a fraction of the price.

We had an amazing romantic journey staying at Volcano Luxury Suites. The place is great, just next to the sea with a super restaurant on the beach. Stella is an amazing woman, she’ll do everything she can to make you feel confortable and to organise everything for you. The level of service is truly amazing, thanks again a lot Stella, you made our journey to Milos incredible. We hope to see you soon in Paris ??

It was a wonderful stay in the hotel. The view is astonishing and the jacuzzi on the balcony is fabulous. I can’t believe I was in a such beautiful environment. The service was excellent, they take very good care of us. Moreover the breakfast was very good!!! I strongly recommend this place. The owner has the restaurant in front of the sea also so it’s perfect to enjoy the holiday.

We had an amazing time with our daughter (1,5 yrs.) at this beautiful place! The suites are very comfortable, clean and big enough for families. The nice sandy beach is within 5 minutes walk and has the big advantage to get very well protected from the typical northern winds of the cycladic islands. We had our breakfast every day at the Sirocco beach restaurant which belongs to the same family (excellent food and a very kind staff)! There is an option to get your breakfast, lunch or dinner from this restaurant in the room as well. We highly recommend this place and we are looking forward to getting there soon again.

We spent two absolutely wonderful weeks in this hostel with our 2 yrs old daughter. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Having a delicious breakfast every morning at sunrise on our patio was just amazing. The restaurant is also one of the best we had in Milos.

Beyond compare. I would rather it was a secret so I could be sure of getting a room every time I come, but this place deserves high praise. Service is exceptional. The attention to detail is exquisite. The interior design and attention to detail is stunning. The breakfast is the one of the best I’ve had at any hotel anywhere in the world. This place is the creation of someone with a vision for chic excellence, and is fulfilled by a fantastic team.

We just completed our stay here and I want to say, this is the best hotel we have ever stayed at...it went way beyond my expectations. Room/Property: Extremely clean, small/quaint so it's not crowded. The room is spacious and the outdoor area is perfect with a table, lounger, and hot tub. Staff: The staff really made this property shine. Maria greeted us with a welcome drink when we arrived, gave us our room tour, and was always available for questions and recommendations. She brought us our breakfast each morning which was really appreciated. We also met the owner, who also has a restaurant close by we ate at. She introduced herself and thanked us for staying there. Location: We loved staying in Paleochori. It is a very tiny town, but with that comes quiet and beautiful stars at night since there is no light pollution. The sea is in sight and you can walk down to the beach. It is also within close distance to many great sights and the airport. Perfect! If you are thinking of staying here, do it!
