★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel provides an amazing breakfast including an automatic tea/coffe machine, bacon, eggs, steak, dessert, and a wonderful atmosphere. The cafe/bar in the lobby is wonderful. People are very helpful and are glad to provide any information you may need. The rooms are OK. Luxurious bathrooms and many desks provide a good experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've stayed in this hotel because I had to work in Volos, I really enjoyed my stay, a really nice view on the harbour from the balcony. Service is really good, room and bathroom spacey, neath and clean. A lot of different shops in the neighborhood, a few minutes walk from the boulevard where a variety of choice of restaurants where you can eat all sorts of delicious Greek cuisines

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredible hotel! The rooms were super clean and there was a large variety of food to choose from at meals. The beds were comfortable and the staff was professional and approachable! I would definitely visit again & recommend it to everyone I know!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited Volos Palace during April. We didn’t have great expectations in the first place but we were completely disappointed nevertheless. First of all, the breakfast was very simple and we found some pieces of hair inside our glasses of milk. In addition, the staff was very rude and they shouted at us for no reason at all when we hadn’t worn our masks properly one time at the elevator ride even though we were alone inside and carrying our suitcases to leave. Also the rooms were not good-looking either in comparison to the pictures on the website. They mixed up our towels without bringing us new ones. We almost slipped on the bathtub due to the lack of a shower mat. Simply unacceptable. I do not recommend it at all. Stay safe and away from it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When my wife asked me to organize a trip to Greece I chose this city and decided that this place would be a great place for starting our trip around the whole country. I chose also this hotel as I liked the photos in the internet and thought that I would feel unbelievable and unforgettable emotions after waking up with such a scenery. I wasn't mistakes, everything was amazing and my wife also liked this place. We wandered around the town for several hours and then we stayed at the hotel.
