★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Stanza molto puliti e proprietari gentili e disponibili. Negazione: Innanzitutto la lontananza dal centro, noi che siamo arrivati con il pullman abbiamo dovuto fare 40 minuti di cammino per raggiungere la struttura. Altro aspetto un po' scomodo è che comunque sei in una casa dove ci sono i proprietari che giustamente fissano delle regole ma questo qualche volta diventa un po' oppressivo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαραδεκτο!Στην περιγραφη του ξενοδοχειου δεν γραφουν σαφεστατα οτι προκειται για συγκατοικιση!Αναφερουν απλα οικογενειακο σπιτι το οποιο παραπεμπει σε απλα ενα οικογενειακο σπιτι με δικη τους διακοσμηση!Ζειτε μαζι με τους ιδιοκτητες!Σας περιοριζουν σε ενα δωματιακι!Το μπανιο μια τρυπα και δεν εχει καν ντουζιερα απλα μια βρυση!Για να μην σχολιασω οτι σε υποχρεωνουν να βαζεις παντοφλες με το που μπαινεις και να βγαζεις χαλακι εξω απο το μπανιο αν θελησεις να το χρησιμοποιησεις!Επιπλεον δεν υπαρχει κλειδι στο δωματιο που μας εβαλαν ωστε να εχουμε σιγουρη ιδιωτικοτητα σαν ζευγαρι που πηγαμε!Με λιγα λογια μειναμε ενα μισαωρο ισα για να καταφερουμε να βρουμε ενα ξενοδοχειο και μαζεψαμε τα πραγματα μας και φυγαμε!30€ "δωματιο" τα οποια προπληρωνεις για να μενεις με αλλους ανθρωπους οι οποιοι σε περιοριζουν κιολας!Δεν καταλαβα εκτος των αλλων…θα πληρωνω καταλυμα και θα μου λες και τι θα κανω μεσα;Ευτυχως δεν προλαβαμε να ανακαλυψουμε ολα τα υπολοιπα που διαβασαμε στα αρνητικα σχολια!Αρνητικη κριτικη και στο booking που συστηνει ανεπιφυλακτα τετοια διαμονη!
 Unacceptable! In the description of the hotel they do not clearly state that it is a cohabitation! They simply mention a family house which refers to a family house with their own decoration! You live with the owners! They confine you to a small room! not even a shower just a tap! Not to mention that they force you to put on slippers when you go in and take out a mat outside the bathroom if you want to use it! where we went! In short, we stayed for half an hour to find a hotel and packed our things and left! 30 € "room" which you prepay to stay with other people who limit you! I did not understand, among other things Or will I pay for accommodation and you will tell me what I will do inside? Fortunately we did not manage to find out all the rest that we read in the negative comments! review and booking that unreservedly recommends such accommodation!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: It was different as you are sharing an apartment with the owner's. The room was very clean and tidy. The staff were very friendly and helpful too. I would definitely use this place again if and when i visit Volos next.. Negative: There wasn't nothing i didn't like..
