The lady is prepare the food and her husband is responsible for the procurement. The best restaurant in the area of Ano and Kato Petralona. The lady in the kitchen has really passion for cooking. Fantastic, magical food. Mediterranean food twisted by the chef in her own innovative way. Outstanding experience. The wine from Peloponnesos was excellent. The service was friendly. If you are lucky on Sunday evenings they have sessions with traditional rembetiko music played by famous musicians from Athens. Volta is remarkable, a wonderful place. What amazing experience

'Smyrneika thahtylakia' beef and lamb kebab well seasoned with totally awesome yogurt and tomato dips and even better pita. 'Chicken drumsticks' in delicious sauce with bacon, onion, cheese and mushrooms. It was the best meal we had in Greece! We left the plates empty. :) We highly recommend this place. If we only have a chance to come back to Athens we will surely visit Volta restautant again and again. :)
