★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κατ' αρχάς είναι κλειστό το υποκατάστημα λόγω τεχνικών προβλημάτων ωστόσο το site δεν είναι ενημερωμένο με αποτέλεσμα να πάω άδικα! Έχουν αναρτήσει ένα τηλέφωνο επικοινωνίας το οποίο ανήκει σε υποκατάστημα του Ηρακλείου όπου μου ζήτησαν τα στοιχεία μου για να επικοινωνήσουν μαζί μου, το οποίο φυσικά και δεν έγινε! Εν ολίγοις δεν υπάρχει customer service..
 At first the branch is closed due to technical problems, however the site is not updated so I go unfairly! They have posted a contact phone which belongs to a branch in Heraklion where they asked for my details to contact me, which of course did not happen! In short there is no customer service ..

Κάνει πάνω απο ένα μήνα να διεκπεραιώσει ένα αίτημα και φυσικά στο τηλέφωνο όσες φορές και αν καλέσεις σου λένε πάντα το ίδιο πράγμα, το αίτημα σας είναι υπό επεξεργασία και θα σας καλέσουμε κάτι που ποτέ δεν το κάνουν.... Για τις χρεώσεις άσε μην συζητήσω.... Μακριά....
