★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη εταιρεία. Πηγαίνοντας από Θεσσαλονίκη για Κωνσταντινούπολη μου ζήτησαν αρχικα να είμαι μια ώρα νωρίτερα στο κτελ ενώ είχα κάνει κράτηση. Μετά από τηλεφώνημα μου για μια διευκρίνηση και αφού ρώτησα ξανα αν πρέπει να είμαι στις 9 εκεί μου ζήτησαν να είμαι από τις 7 εκεί γιατί αλλιώς θα έχανα την κράτηση μου. Στο δρομολόγιο από Κωνσταντινούπολη για Θεσσαλονίκη υπήρχε καθυστέρηση 2,5 ωρών χωρίς να υπάρχει ενημέρωση από το προσωπικό της εταιρείας.
Το μόνο θετικό είναι η τιμή του εισιτηρίου και ότι φροντίζουν για την ταξινόμηση των αποσκευών.
Unacceptable company. Going from Thessaloniki to Constantinople, I was originally asked to be an hour earlier in the cab while I booked. After my phone call for clarification and after I asked again if I should be at 9 there they asked me to be out of 7 there because otherwise I would miss my booking. On the Istanbul route to Thessaloniki, there was a delay of 2.5 hours without any information from the staff of the company.
The only positive thing is the price of the ticket and that they take care of the sorting of luggage.

Flawless professionals, very gentle and caring. Very good prices Xanthi Istanbul and bonus the free transfer from Bayrampasa to our hotel in Polis. Of course I would prefer it again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have traveled two times with this company, in the round trip from Thessaloniki to Istanbul. Unfortunately, during both times, me and my friend were encountered with impolite staff: the same bad-mannered attitude emerged when they were asking for our passports, when we asked for something in the bus luggage area, when returning to the bus after a stop etc.
Also, the staff (the woman in the counter and, later on, the driver) assured us that there would be a bus that gets us from Istanbul bus station to Taksim square for free. Nobody informed us on the way and when we finally arrived, the staff in the company's office in Istanbul gave us vague information, like trying to get rid of us.
In addition, we were often instructed only in Turkish during the trip.
To be fair, they do provide a warm drink and a snack and the luggages are well organized with numbered tickets.
However, I can't help but conclude that I wouldn't choose again or recommend this company since their manners overshadowed most of the trip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The journey Tirana - Thessaloniki is very expensive (60€) and they don't tell you everything.
They should know the rules about the border control because of Corona, or at least make the customer aware of a possible problem.
Although it was explained on Google that Greece opened its borders to European nationals, it didn't say they still had their borders with Albania closed.
Very disappointed by this waste of money. Of course the company does nothing to correct this.
