Γ	Γιω Ντα on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Επισκέφθηκα το συνεργείο Για αντικατάσταση καλωδίωσης του πορτμπαγκάζ. Επιπλέον επειδή είχα κάνει service πολύ λίγο καιρό πριν και τους είχα ζητήσει να μου γρασσαρουν λίγο τους γρύλους των παραθύρων καθώς κολλάνε ελαφρώς και έκτοτε δεν είδα Καμία βελτίωση εννοώντας ότι δεν ελέγχθηκαν ποτέ,η υπάλληλος του ταμείου εμφανώς αγενέστατη μου είπε ότι δεν το δέχεται αυτό ότι δεν ελέγχθηκαν τα παράθυρα και πως έχουν χαλάσει οι γρύλοι και θέλουν αντικατάσταση και αν θέλω να τους παραγγείλει. Ευτυχώς για μένα ο κύριος Παπαθανασίου που αντικατέστησε την καλωδίωση είδε τα παράθυρα τους έβαλε λίγο spray γράσου και δουλεύουν κανονικά. Επίσης η συγκεκριμένη υπάλληλος όταν την ρώτησα για την αντικατάσταση βάσης μηχανής καθώς όταν έκανα service μου ανέφερε ότι πιθανώς το πρόβλημα ήχου που ακούω πίσω είναι η βάση της μηχανής και όχι αμορτισέρ που δεν έχουν αντικατασταθεί από την αγορά του οχήματος ήτοι από το 2011. Από το θέμα συνεργείο εμ είμαι ευχαριστημένος από το θέμα επεξηγήσεις και λύσης του προβλήματος μου καθόλου λόγω της υπαλλήλου αυτής I visited the workshop To replace the trunk wiring. Μετά από ένα ταξίδι που έκανα στην Αθήνα παρατήρησα ότι χρειαζόταν κάθε 250 χλμ. να συμπληρώνω παραφλού γιατί άναβε ο δείκτης στο καντράν. Μόλις επέστρεψα Θεσσαλονίκη πήγα στο Service σας και είπα το πρόβλημα στο συνεργείο. Εκείνοι μου είπαν ότι το πρόβλημα είναι το ψυγείο λαδιού του VOLVO S60 / D4 και χρειάζεται αλλαγή. Η αλλαγή έγινε στα μέσα Νοεμβρίου και κόστισε 535 ευρώ. Στα τέλη Νοεμβρίου έκανα πάλι ταξίδι στην Αθήνα και χρειάστηκε να βάζω πάλι κάθε 250 χλμ. παραφλού. Όταν επέστρεψα στο συνεργείο μου είπαν πως χρειάζεται να αλλάξουν ένα μικρό ψυγείο νερού χωρίς χρέωση. Μετά από καθυστερήσεις λόγω εορτών η αλλαγή έγινε στις 13 Ιανουαρίου 2022. Το πρόβλημα ΞΑΝΑΠΑΡΟΥΣΙΑΣΤΗΚΕ στα 420 χλμ. και η απάντηση του Service , ήταν πως μάλλον εγκλωβίστηκε αέρας που θα φύγει , να συμπληρώσω παραφλού και αν ξαναπαρουσιαστεί το πρόβλημα να πάω από το Service…Μέχρι σήμερα έχω κάνει 150 χλμ. και αναμένω την συνέχεια… Εύχομαι όλα να τελειώσουν εδώ… Πρίαμος Ραμπότας VOLVO S60/D4 NIΑ 4793 Good evening My adventure began in early November 2021. Οκ το καταλαβαίνω μεγάλη εταιρία πολλά τα έξοδα πολλοί υπάλληλοι που πρέπει να πληρωθούν, αλλα λίγο πιο κάτω θα ήταν καλύτερα για τον πελάτη φυσικά. Κατά τα άλλα η εξυπηρέτηση για πρώτη φορά που πήγα ηταν οκ, είπε 2 ωρες θα κάνουν και 2 έκαναν. The 4 stars go clean in prices. Ok I understand great company a lot of expenses many employees have to be paid, but a little lower would be better for the customer of course. Otherwise the service for the first time I went was ok, said 2 hours will do and 2 did.
