As a restaurant located in a premium Mall it was very unpleasant to experience unprofessional behavior from their staff who didn't know that I can pay with my golden hall gift card and lied that they are not included in the list. I went through the process to show them that they are, which is mainly the reason we decided to go to this reataurant, and they didn't even apologize for their mistake but demanded us to pay the difference by cash - which is not how gift cards work (this is how paper coupons work).
