K	Kiriakos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ έχω στείλει email εδώ και 10 ημέρες και ζητάω η μείωση της ρήτρας η διακανονισμό.. κανένας δεν έχει ενδιαφερθεί η απαντήσει.. ίσως επειδή ζήτησα γραπτώς την απάντηση η αλλαγή παρόχου δείχνει να γίνεται επιβεβλημένη.. I have sent an email for 10 days and I am asking for the reduction of the clause or the settlement .. no one has been interested or answered .. maybe because I asked for the answer in writing the change of provider seems to be imperative ..

I	Ioannis Kokkinidis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Edit: Στον 1 χρόνο που είμαι πελάτης τους, είμαι σε γενικές γραμμές ευχαριστημένος, παρ'ότι έζησα κάποια περιστατικά δυσκολίας στην επικοινωνία με το support τους. - Χρειάστηκε να μιλήσω με διαφορετικούς εκπροσώπους κάθε φορά και να τους εξηγώ τι χρειάζομαι από την αρχή. Σαν να μην αποθήκευαν κάπου το αίτημά μου και να χανόταν κάπως η κατάσταση. Αυτό μου έδωσε την αίσθηση πως η εταιρεία είναι στα αρχικά της στάδια και χρειάζεται να οργανωθεί καλύτερα. - Σήμερα που χρειάστηκε να μιλήσω πάλι μαζί τους και δεν είχα κανένα πρόβλημα (μίλησα με συγκεκριμένο εκπρόσωπο του οποίου το τηλέφωνο έχω πλέον και μπορώ να καλέσω εάν χρειαστώ κάτι - και όχι ένα γενικό τηλέφωνο εξυπηρέτησης πελατών) - Στο ηλεκτρονικό κομμάτι, δεν έχουν dashboard για να βλέπεις τι γίνεται με τους λογαριασμούς σου. Επίσης το site τους χρειάζεται νομίζω λίγο περισσότερο προσοχή (στο να είναι up-to-date με αυτά που προσφέρουν σήμερα). - Στο κομμάτι των χρεώσεων είμαι πολύ ικανοποιημένος, είναι πολύ ανταγωνιστικοί - Τους στηρίζω γιατί διοχετεύουν στο δίκτυο 100% πράσινη ενέργεια, ελπίζω να δω την εταιρεία να βελτιώσει τα μελανά της σημεία και να μεγαλώσει Edit: In the 1 year that I am their client, I am generally happy, although I experienced some cases of difficulty in communicating with their support. - I had to talk to different representatives each time and explain to them what I needed from the beginning. As if they did not store my request somewhere and the situation was somewhat lost. This gave me the feeling that the company is in its early stages and needs to be better organized. - Today I had to talk to them again and I had no problem (I spoke with a specific representative whose phone I now have and can call if I need something - and not a general customer service phone) - In the electronic part, they do not have a dashboard to see what happens to your accounts. I also think their site needs a little more attention (to be up-to-date with what they offer today). - In terms of charges I am very satisfied, they are very competitive - I support them because they channel 100% green energy into the network, I hope to see the company improve its black spots and grow
S	Stavros Kar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το 1 αστέρι έχει να κάνει με το γεγονός ότι δύο πεντάστερες βαθμολογίες είναι , η μία από υπάλληλο της εταιρείας και η άλλη πιθανόν από συγγενικό του πρόσωπο.. Παιδιά είναι πολύ λίγες οι κριτικές και καρφώνεστε.. :) The 1 star has to do with the fact that there are two five-star ratings, one from an employee of the company and the other probably from a relative .. Guys, the reviews are very few and you are nailed .. :)
