Great company with an amazing management team! Webhelp is a modern company constantly expanding with an excellent work environment that cares a lot for its employees.

Best Company I have worked for. The Team Leaders the Projekt Manager and the stuff are just good people with heart and everyone has their story and their life. Salary ist pretty good for greek standarts and ypu get your days off.

Unorganised & indifferent to improvement ideas, lack of interest to their employees needs, fairly good salary for Greek standards the only plus, you have the feeling you are being used for as long as they need you to cover their needs and then they throw you out shortly after they hire you, just because they didnt plan well and hired too many people. From the training you have the feeling you are there to produce, there is no fun activities or games that can bring the team closer. Everybody works and cares only for himself. From the first days on the production floor I got a bad feeling because: 1. A couple of young girls working there for a year, were working on customer cases which were done by other employees before ( I guess new and unexperienced ones) and they were swearing because they found a mistake from the new colleague on the handling of the case and calling them angrily "animals". I would not consider this behaviour friendly for a new comer. 2. The QAs were all the time putting pressure on the new staff, during the first weeks or even months. They would come and do monitoring at your working place. I am used to working alone after training so I complained about it and they stopped coming all the time over me, but I saw other colleagues who were monitored like this after the second month there. I complained two times that the call center of A. was too loud and customers had also written this in their evaluations, therefore not a good enviroment to work in. I was taken as the crazy one, they didnt care to do a thing about the noise. The projects and the Webhelp HR work together, so if you try to complain to Webhelp about the project, they will just talk and dig your grave behind your back. Some of the teamleaders of the A. project are quite arrogant and ignore you if you need help or they send you to somebody else. One of them told me i am considered an old employee, just after working there for 2 months!! So i should not ask for advice according to her opinion. I was speechless. German customers of A. as well as employees of other departments were the worst I had in my life. They would offend you openly because you dont have a german accent and give you a bad evaluation just because they are angry at A. or just because they hate the fact you are a foreigner, even if you did all you could to help them. Plenty of racism and you get this all the time on the phone! Ofcourse the project manager and QAs dont care why the customers give you a no and if they are right, they just care that you got a no. I was there for 2 months and 2 weeks. Since the beginning my Email didnt work, I could not send any Emails. I told my teamleader more than 5 times about it and i started feeling as if i was bothering him after a point, so I stopped. Nobody cared in these 10 weeks to come and check the problem and fix it!!! They give you the program weekly, end of the week. So you cant really plan a holiday or a weekend or anything. Everything is so unorganised! I tried to call Webhelp because they did not pay me on time. I came to their webpage. I tried to call the number shown there, but according to Greek Telecom this number does not exist. I tried 2 more numbers. All numbers they gave me didnt work. Amazing company! DATA LEAKAGE!!! They fired me and gave me the papers of another employee by mistake with ALL his personal data on it, address, tax number and so on. I wrote it on their FB page and their HR contacted me and made an appointment for me to their HR Manager. They never came to the appointment. Dont confuse Webhelp Portugal***** and Webhelp Greece*. They are two completely different companies. Webhelp Portugal is a REAL company that cares for its employees and people there are much more friendly,giving and helpful. I am thankful to Webhelp Portugal because it really made me feel accepted and respected. Webhelp Greece is a shame and disgrace of the international fame of Webhelp. I want an employer I can be proud of and can make me happy! Thank you for firing me!!! ? I am working for a REAL company now!!!

As soon as you leave the company, outstanding payments are simply withheld. I strongly advise against working with this company.

I don't understand their HR, we had an interview in german, the interviewer said everything is ok, we'll send you a test and then I didn't hear from them again. I called back and asked what happened and they acted like they didn't know what I was talking about, clowns.

Hypocrisy, unprofessional behavior, unskilled and biased Management, resentment, inhuman and vindictive treatment of employees who are unjustly targeted and fired without justification simply because they express their opinion and/or refuse to be censored for their personal social media use. So much potential to waste due to the known inadequate HQ duet. Nothing humane about this company whose motto promises a human approach to the industry. Simply pass.

Narrow mindedness on the level of corporate culture, unwillingness to appreciate applicants even when their qualification is far above average. Companies that are open to the world, look quite different. The Webhelp application procedure leaves much to be desired. Their pre-employment background check policy leaves a negative impression. It is a wise decision to apply for a job elsewhere instead of being treated as a potential criminal in advance. This is unacceptable.
