Very clean and comfortable space, walking distance from multiple amenities, wonderful service from the owner!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most perfect combination of charm and convenience in the city! My wife and I visit just about every year and have been renting these apartments for almost a decade. We have stayed in several different studios as well as both of the maisonettes and each has consistently exceeded our expectations; they are affordable, modern, beautifully decorated, clean, quiet, and in a safe area. The maisonettes also had access to lovely private outdoor patio/garden space. It is an easy walk to the subway (Cholargos), bakery, supermarket, restaurants, and weekly open-air market. There is free Wifi and welcome information in each apartment with local information for taxis, car rental, etc. Sophia is a most accommodating and exceedingly responsive host. Our arrival and departure has always been easy--even at the most inconvenient hours. I would highly recommended these accommodations for anyone staying in Athens, particularly for an extended period.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have stayed here regularly over the past ten years. The apartments are great: really clean, comfortably furnished, and with all the pots/utensils you need. Sophia is constantly improving them (upgrading furniture and appliances), as if it were her own house. It's a great location too - very pretty with all the citrus trees, and convenient to shopping and the subway station. I looked forward to staying at Sophia's every time I go to Athens.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hosts were amazing and treated us like family. Provided us with a map of the city and the best places to visit and eat close to the apartments.
The apartment was very clean and cute. Had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms.
I would definitely stay there again if I come back to Athens.
I highly recommend this authentic experience rather than a hotel.
