★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Location of the apartment we rented through Upstreet was outstanding; literally within a 5 minute walk from the Acropolis, Acropolis Museum, Hadrian's Arch, and excellent restaurants. The apartment itself was just as represented online, very clean, with a good bed. The kitchen, bath, and storage areas were quite small, but adequate. There was actually a pleasant outside balcony we did not use because it was the winter holiday week, but would be fantastic during warmer months. Arrival and departure were handled through lockbox, so we did not meet Upstreet personnel, but communication with them was prompt and efficient. Building security was outstanding. We would definitely work with them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter and I traveled overseas for 2 weeks. Upstreet Air B&B was our last accommodations. We were very pleased at the home. The beds were very comfortable, kitchen well stocked and instructions clear. The apartment was so nice and relaxing that we spent one full day there, eating cheese and drinking wine while watching Netflix and looking out the balcony at the Acropolis. I would definitely stay there again!

Well appointed apartment with new fittings and lots of space for a central position.
Our only problem was that the apartment was not serviced for the 9 days we were there. We knew it wasn't a serviced apartment of course but sleeping in the same sheets for 9 days was not nice and there was no other linen supplied. Also no other towels. I did wash these myself. No cleaning supplies so the floor was very crunchy and the toilet a bit ordinary by the end of the 9 days. You really need to supply these if no one is coming to do this!
We would definitely stay again but please supply extra linen and cleaning supplies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had such a wonderful stay at Upsteet apartments! Its full of equipmnet, very clean and the decoration is so beautiful. All the staff are super friendly, helpful and very accommodating. I would definitely recommended staying there and if i’m ever in Athens again i’ll be coming back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best accommodation managed by skilful and well-mannered people. They all looked after us from the moment we arrived until the last minute. The house was in the most convenient place and it gave us the chance to stroll around the lovely city. It was clean, modern and comfortable. I think it's the best choice to make offering exceptional services and an unforgettable experience! We will be definitely coming back very soon! Thank you Upstreet!

Always super clean. All communications with the team are always very prompt and professional. Any issues we have had have been resolved immediately. Would definitely recommend!

The apartment was great, the location was excellent and the price was right but the best part of our experience was the service provided by Upstreet. Upstreet's communications are thorough and timely and when we had a question they were very responsive. We'll use them again when we next visit Athens

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spent 8 nights in the Plaka apartment and everything was perfect. The location is great and the apartment is well furnished with everything you need and comfortable high quality furniture and bedding.
You can tell the place is managed by professionals who have done this before.
The self check in was easy and they let us check in early without a hassle.
My only advice would be to include some instructions for the washing machine and stove top since they are different from other countries and when you Google instructions they come in Greek which is very hard for us mere mortals to understand.
All in all one of the better vacation rentals we have ever had and as digital nomads we have stayed in a bunch.
