★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Immaculate square. The place smells of new even though it represents a completely different era of Thessaloniki. And a great spot to meet other people, the local authorities have done a great job in upgrading this place from a derelict relic to the hottest place in the city.
Is there room for improvement? Yes there is, but the square sit suits the city perfectly as it is.

One demostration seemed to have ended here, the Albanians against the war.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Centrally located with exquisite views of Thessaloniki city center and the harbor. The museum recounts rich historical perspective. If you're interested in history you can spend 2 to 3 hours going through each floor and each era.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a boat and a bar. There is no fee for entrance. You just pay what you consume during a 30 min long trip. They have option to go in a day or night boat trip. The drinks are a bit expensive, but the price is justified since there isn't a entrance fee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Major tourist site, with a museum inside. You can rent an audio guide when you buy your ticket (no extra fee just leave a form of ID as collateral). People usually stop on the first couple of floors up, but as that gets old quick, people wind their way to the top so they can all take the same selfie but claim theirs is different. I felt a little bad for the museum attendants on the upper floors, because nobody wanted to spend time there listening to boring stories.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In front of the White Tower, there is a monument of Admiral Nikos Votsis, hero of the Balkan wars. The sculptor was George Dinitriadis.
On October 2012, Admiral Votsis sank the flagship Turkish batleship.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The tower was amazing with interesting history, it was quick to get in, had exhibits all the way up and with a great view, the downfall is the exhibit we’re all in Greek only. There as a tiny brochure in English which wasn’t enough for me personally. There’s a cafe on the last floor an excellent view of the whole city.
