It is not the neighborhood who is neglecting it's history, I guess it comes from very high top.
I liked the park in front of it, as it is a graveyard, the park is beautiful for the visitors to find peace. The fence is locked, the windows are closed, so you can't look inside. It was a nice walk up here but it's not worth it. They probably took away the grave, that's why they don't want to show the Tourbes from inside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to chill at every part of the day, great sea view and it's in the old part of the city so it's definitely worth of check it out, if you a re with company or by yourself. Bring some snack and beverage with you to make your relaxation more enjoyable
