★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So thrilled to have found Wild Fig Retreat, a peaceful oasis on the island. It was our base for a week in Zakynthos. Perfect location to access both East and West Side of the Island. Amie and Kostas are wonderful hosts. Kind souls and warm hearts, generously sharing their knowledge of the island, estate grown wine and olive oil during evening tastings by the pool. The pool is wonderful and stays cool even during the strongest of heat waves! They guided us to the best beaches & coves, helped us with boat rental and restaurant recommendations helping us to make the most of our week in Zakynthos. Amie is a journalist, filmmaker and wonderful yoga instructor... her morning classes are a great way to start the day. Last but not least, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Overall a unique and wonderful stay in Zakynthos!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A relaxing almost magical place framed in a quiet valley protected from the outside world. Clean and comfortably furnished room. An accommodating and loving host Kostas. Vineyards, wild figs and sometimes cooked food from the host. We enjoyed the peace and quiet very much and hope to return sometime. It was perfect and we miss it already. Thank you for your kindness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow. This is a place that will remain in my heart forever! An oasis among the hills of zakynthos, in between olive groves & fig trees lies the most relaxing place you will ever stay. If you want to connect with yourself, others and nature, come to wild fig. The place attracts really nice people and everyone I met there made me feel welcome & at home. The owner was a pleasure to be around, sharing wine, recommendations and stories of the island and his interesting life. I wasn’t able to meet Amie but heard amazing things about her as well. I stayed 5 days and wish it were longer. The location was perfect for me who wanted to explore the western side of the island but really everything is not more then 45 min from here. Don’t hesitate!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place for people who love nature, hiking, simplicity embedded in modern and comfortable interiors. The place is run by Amie and Kosta who make the place even more special. The take care of each and every Guest making sure to provide best personalized hospitality service. The Wild Fig retreat is located on the hill, near some scenic hiking and tourist attractions, has some amazing balcony views and one of the most beautiful sunset spots in the Island. The area is very quiet, surrounded by greenery. easy access to restaurants, supermarket or the airport. Definitely a place to be back to.

The owners are absolutely great and very helpful with logistics and activities around the island (they know the best restaurants and you get extra love from owners once they know you are from the Fig), also a good company in the evenings!
The villa is new and well done with an awesome pool and pool house!
Yoga seemed great and all who did looked happy.
We very much liked the quiet location and fantastic views! The super market / restaurant / ATM all were few min driving or 30 min walk.
Highly recommended as a base to explore the island, for people wanting to relax, and for yoga enthusiasts!
Looking forward to going back and big thanks!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In the center of Zakynthos lies this wonderful hotel. Actually it is not a hotel but a retreat. At an altitude of about 400m, the hosts have built a high-quality, lovingly furnished retreat that meets the highest standards. The furnishings are modern and yet warm-hearted. Those who wish can indulge in yoga classes or simply relax and unwind. We have explored the island from here and energetically refueled.
