★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this is the worst telephone company I have ever seen....Since I have this company I have only problem with internet .and prices. I have signed a contract for packet but they send me other prices on the invoice as I made a deal..they promise for VDSL and I have used 3 months EDSL even I paid the invoices as VDSL!!!!In spite of my calls for help and visit their offices no solution.....Also They gave a me gift Coupon from PUBLIC around 250 euro when I signed a contract but when I visited to PUBLIC I have noticed it is 180 euro..it is less then they promised because of FPA(Tax) ...Also I could not use that 180 euro Gift Coupon too.....I have informed GLYFADA WIND office...Disrespectful employees,...They have told me they have solve the problem I can use the Gift coupon and I can visit the PUBLIC..whenever I visit the PUBLIC Coupon was invalid.They have send me there 4 times like they get fun with me...Now I do not mind about the Coupon anything I gave the company to the lawyer....I hope nobody will get the same problems like I had...This company is just cheaating people

I have beeb a customer of this franchise for 2 years, during which i have never recieved an actual bill at the set rate of my package. It has always been well above 20 euros. There is always some sort of scam going on. I was recieving messages from a 5 digit number in which the store told me this was a feature I had activated and they switched it off. Then as the bill continued to rise they would say its bc I went over my given megabites. (Mind you i am in wifi all day at work and home) And then when it came time for my two year subsidization i asked them to lower my monthly payment and they informed me that they would not. I will finish out the contract and be done with “wind” the company is a scam. They unauthorizingly charge you for random fees, and when it comes to speaking with them about any issue they give you the run around. Good luck to exisiting customers. Cell phon companies in greece are not what they are in the states, so make sure to be aware of fees before signing any contract!
