G	George Gkouras on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Καμία διάθεση προς την εξυπηρέτηση ως προς τον πελάτη, ασέβεια στην προσέλευση πελατών κάθε ηλικίας με σκοπό την πληρωμή εκπρόθεσμων λογαριασμών με μετρητά, στην δική μου περίπτωση δεν άνοιγε η πλατφόρμα για την επίδειξη του rapid test.Εγινε κλήση στην άμεση δράση για καταγραφή και δρομολόγηση των δικαιωμάτων του πολίτη-πελατη.Απο την στιγμή που τα μετρητά υφίσταται ακόμα μέσο συναλλαγής, υπάρχει άρνηση της είσπραξης με σκοπό την στην εξακολούθηση της μη πληρωμής και σκόπιμη . Είναι απόλυτα ψευδές, προσήλθα με σκοπό την πληρωμή ληξιπροθεσμου λογαριασμού. No disposition towards customer service, disrespect to the attendance of customers of all ages in order to pay overdue bills in cash, in my case the platform for the demonstration of the rapid test was not opened. From the moment that cash is still a means of transaction, there is a refusal to collect in order to continue the non-payment and a deliberate "commitment". Παραπλάνησαν τους υπερήλικες γονείς μου, που προσήλθαν για να πληρώσουν τον λογαριασμό του σταθερού τους και, με το πρόσχημα της ανανέωσης της σύμβασης, τους πούλησαν πακέτο με διπλάσια τιμή από το προηγούμενο και εντελώς άχρηστο γι' αυτούς, αφού, όπως ενημέρωσαν, ούτε υπολογιστή διαθέτουν στο σπίτι, ούτε κινητά τηλέφωνα νέας τεχνολογίας με δυνατότητα σύνδεσης στο διαδίκτυο. Χωρίς να τους δώσουν να διαβάσουν κάποια σύμβαση, τους έβαλαν να υπογράψουν στην γνωστή ηλεκτρονική πλακέτα και φυσικά, δεν τους έδωσαν ούτε αντίγραφο. Στις διαμαρτυρίες μου, όταν πήγα εγώ εκεί, ήταν ειρωνικοί και προσβλητικοί, λέγοντάς μου "αν δεν σας αρέσει να πάτε στον εισαγγελέα". Πέρα από την άθλια πολιτική πωλήσεων που ακολουθεί η wind σαν εταιρεία, οι υπάλληλοι του συγκεκριμενου καταστηματος είναι ΑΓΕΝΕΙΣ και ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟΙ Έχω ήδη υποβάλει καταγγελία στην ΕΕΤΤ... Επειδή απαντησατε: είστε ΚΑΙ ψεύτες! Γνωρίζετε καλά ότι προσηλθα στο κατάστημα ΜΑΖΙ με την συμβαλλομένη μητέρα μου. Ως εκ τούτου είχα την άμεση εξουσιοδότησή της. Επιτέλους, λίγη ντροπή και μια συγγνώμη δεν βλάπτουν!... If it were possible, I would not put a single star ... They deceived my elderly parents, who came to pay their fixed bill and, under the pretext of renewing the contract, sold them a package at twice the price of the previous one and completely useless for them, since, as they informed, they do not have a computer at home, nor new technology mobile phones with internet connection. In my protests, when I went there, they were ironic and insulting, telling me "if you do not like going to the prosecutor". Apart from the miserable sales policy followed by wind as a company, the employees of this particular store are Rude and UNACCEPTABLE I have already submitted a complaint to EETT ... Because you answered: you are ALSO liars! You know very well that I came to the store TOGETHER with my mother-in-law. Therefore I had her direct authorization. Finally, a little shame and an apology do not hurt! ...
Κ	Κωνσταντίνα Αντωνοπούλου on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Χωρίς αρχες, και σεβασμό ολοι τους.Μαλλον πολιτικη του καταστηματος να ξεγελά ηλικιωμενους με συμβολαια,που ουτε καν καταλαβαινουν.Μαλλον παίρνουν ποσοστα απο τα συμβολαια.Ειδικα μια που δουλευει ειναι αγενης,αχρεια,μαλλον εντελως απαιδευτη.Ελπιζω να αξιολογουνται απο τη μητρική εταιρεία οι αξιολογησεις μας.Λάσπες βρώμικες!
