Με εξυπηρέτησε με άψογο τρόπο, έπαθα πλάκα με το πόσες γνώσεις έχει πάνω στο αντικείμενό του και με καθοδήγησε στη σωστή λύση κάθε προβλήματος μου. Δεν περίμενα να βρω σε κατάστημά της WIND υπάλληλο με τόσες δυνατότητες και προθυμία λες και είναι δικό του. Ο καλύτερος πωλητής ever! Του αξίζουν Π ΠΟΛΛΑ!!!
The only reason I came in to make this criticism is Theodosis !!!! He served me perfectly, I was amused by how much knowledge he has on his subject and he guided me to the correct solution of each of my problems. I did not expect to find an employee in a WIND store with so much potential and willingness as if it were his own. The best seller ever! He deserves a LOT !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ύστερα από προτροπή του υπαλλήλου έβγαλα κουπόνι επιδότησης για αναβάθμιση ταχύτητας 200 mbps, 2 μήνες μετά και ύστερα από πολλές απέλπιδες προσπάθειες επικοινωνίας δεν έχω ακόμα καμία απάντηση, ακόμα περιμένουν emailαπο τα κεντρικά με την προσφορά. Απλά απαράδεκτοι, ευτυχώς βρήκα άκρη από την εξυπηρέτηση πελατών και λύθηκε το πρόβλημα μου.
At the urging of the employee I got a subsidy coupon for a speed upgrade of 200 mbps, 2 months later and after many desperate communication efforts I still have no answer, they are still waiting for emails from the headquarters with the offer. Just unacceptable, fortunately I found an edge in customer service and my problem was solved.
