★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am being objective in saying that they were barely ok (but in my subjective opinion not good enough). The staff is unfortunately under trained and lacks interest in achieving goal of actually supporting the client. In my case they dismissed my request on a technicality even though they could have simply overcome it. Result was two days of frustration due to their own initial mistake.. such a shame Unfortunate result for all involved.
